We had a rock star Verizon person named Jordon help us! He was an expert in all the intricacies associated with changing our phone carrier from T - Mobile to Verizon. He walked us through every step of the way. Was a great communicator and went the extra yard to spend all the time needed to switch to Verizon.

Went in to replace a ALCATEL phone purchased just over a year ago it went bad died.These are nothing more than the cheapest $30 disposable phone that you would see around the country prepaid hanging on the shelf.Last year picked it up just over $70 from Verizon went into the store to replace it for this old model outdated phone now they want $125 for it.On top of that they want to pad the price and call it a upgrade phone and I’m getting the exact same phone and they wanted to charge additional $35 for nothing it’s no upgrade.Then they wanted to charge additional $20 for some processing feeDon’t be a sheep and get ripped off.These phone sale for $49-$79 online all day long mines arriving in two days press the (BUY) button.Just like walking into a sleazy used car dealership that wants to pad the bill and add all the extras on an old used car.

Definitely, one of the greatest customers service I had. Also, he even worked overtime for me just to get what I needed and I participated him for doing so. Also, he was the only employee working there. Someone please get that man some help. Manager should be present with him to ensure that he gets help with other customers while hes helping others. Great work!

I went to the store for a case and screen protector for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Jordan was on his way out of the store to take care of something but delayed his departure to help me. He gave me a lot of options to choose from, and even went to the back of the store to find some cases that weren’t on display. It is rare to come across retail workers who place customers first, and are willing to go the extra mile, even if they don’t have to. Have been going to this store since it opened, and this is the first time I left impressed with the level of service.

Preordered the new flip z 3 phone and wanted to trade in my iphone XR which had a very shallow scratch on the right corner of the front screen. Not deep enough to even call it a crack but they said it is still considered a crack and will not qualify for the samsung credit toward the new phone. That did not made any sense at all.Further, I decided to cancel the preorder but was told I have to wait till the phone come in first which also did not made any sense. I was told it was due to their policy and that its like once the phone is shipping cannot cancel the order. I went to my verizon account online and was able to cancel the order. It even said it is possibly shipping on the 31st of August when I was told it was on the way. My order did not say it was shipping at all.Next time I would just go straight to an actual verizon store or a bigger legit store such as bestbuy. It was a big waste of my time! I cannot say anymore at least my opinion and from my experience. However, I do not want to deter anyone from going as they may actual have a fine experience; but, for me, I am no longer going there at all.

Let me start off by saying that I never look forward to purchasing a new phone, the experience is always exhausting for everyone...HOWEVER...This evening, buying my newest phone with Ryan was incredible. He genuinely made the entire experience nothing short of amazing. His customer service skills, knowledge, patience and overall personality was so wonderful and an incredible representation/spokesperson of Verizon Wireless. Even though it appeared that they were short staffed and busy, Ryan took the time to make sure that all customers were taken care of and given attention and gratitude for their patience. I thought that he was manager and complimented him on his skills! It was beyond! Not only did he help me understand why I should upgrade and change my plan, he helped me buy a charger and case and told me about the promotions without being pushy, I left the store spending $200 more than I intended but was happy to do it! I am definitely coming back to this Verizon in the future for all my wireless needs and hope that Ryan is recognized for his skills, not only as a sales person, but I could easily see him being promoted for how he managed his time, understanding of the networks, and the ins and out of the overall store. Thanks Ryan!! (I’m also not in the habit of writing reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, both good and bad ;) )

Stopped by to get a receipt for a purchase I made here. Drove 45 mins to go to this specific store because Verizon support told me to.Despite arriving an hour+ before closing, they straight up told me to leave because they were understaffed and didn’t want to deal with a small 5 min task.Save your time, go to Apple downstairs. Wish Verizon had never authorized partner stores, what a mess.

Terrible process for waiting to enter the store. You have to fill out a form on a web site but theres no sense of how long you need to wait. Verizon required me to get a new SIM due to some support issue, but because this is a reseller they insisted on charging for it.I walked out an unhappy customer who lost an hour of his life and did not get a SIM to solve my problem.Save yourself time. Go to a real verizon store.

The employees at this Verizon location are doing a great job handling customers during this crazy pandemic situation. There was social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask, but the customer service was still right on point. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Would definitely use this location again.

Cesar is rude and very unprofessional. Apparently Verizon has only one employee during the holidays. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and he said that the wait would be an hour more. Their customer service has changed and Verizon is not the same anymore. I am ready to find another phone company. Their poor customer service coupled with their sky high prices makes it so easy to part ways after so many years!!!!

Ryan was so warm and inviting right off the bat. I usually dread going to the phone store but he made this experience fantastic! He was conversational and charming, eager to educate me to make sure I understood the ins and outs of my plan, Verizon’s policies, GBs, etc! I learned a lot of things I didn’t know before! Very disappointed with the service I received today by Jordan. My SIM card randomly stopped working and I came in to get a replacement. In the past, someone who worked at this location did not charge me for the exact same service. I believe his name was Mohammad and he went by Mo. When I shared this information, Jordan said a Mohammed never worked there which I do not believe. I remember this because he sent me a text message with his name after helping me several times in the past. I agreed to pay the $10 and Jordan offered $1 off if I donated to a charity instead by purchasing a hand sanitizer to which I explicitly said no. He processed this on his end regardless in order to meet his quota which is incredibly unprofessional as I explicitly said I dont want the hand sanitizer. I asked for a receipt because I could tell he was going to do it anyway and I wanted proof he was scamming the transacrion. This proves to me he is not to be trusted and likely could have helped me without charging me for this service as other employees have done at this location several months ago.

My phone was not charging for over 12 ours AND after spending FIVE HOuRS on the phone with Verizon on 10/2/20 you can imagine my frustration. I received a replacement phone yesterday 10/3/20 because of the issues I experienced in the phone decided to go to the Verizon Stonestown. I was very limited with time because I had a major event that I was involved in and couldn’t stay. ‘Ryan and Braden’ tried unsuccessfully to get my phone to work but it wouldn’t connect not because of them but because I could t remember my apple access which is in my ‘notes’ and suggested to contact Apple and if i was still having problems to come back tomorrow.I came back today and both of them were working thank goodness!I would like to comment both Ryan and Braden for their exemplary customer service especially for a senior citizen who needed more assistance than your average ‘high tech’ individual.I commend and applaud both Ryan and Braden for going ‘above and beyond’ to take care of me.i call them My ‘guardian angels’ in disguise!

The 20th Ave/Stonestown store is following COVID safety protocols and I felt very comfortable throughout the transaction. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager, Nick, is extremely unprofessional. It started with the sales associate (SA) trying to sell me an iPhone 11 in red. The problem was that phone was already reserved. Why didn’t she check before or why didn’t Nick notice it? After an unsuccessful attempt, I was willing to purchase the phone in another color (iPhone 11 in black). At the end, I was unable to purchase the phone because the system was down. After waiting an hour for this entire unsuccessful transaction, I stated it is very frustrating that I wasted an hour. The managers response (Nick) was it is not my fault. Verizon is a 20 billion dollar company. He had a nasty attitude. I then asked for a business card so that I could contact Verizon. He stated that Verizon does not give our business cards, which is a blatant lie. On top of all of this, there were 4 sales associate, including Nick, and only one other customer. I then went to an Apple store (located downstairs)and they were able to sell me an iPhone 11 in red within 10-minutes and activate it. So, clearly the system was not down.

I came in on Labor Day to pick up my new phone. Store was busy (to be expected), so I had to approach the counter to get myself checked in. I was told it would be about 15 minutes for my turn, so I went and walked around the mall for a few then came back and received excellent service. Alex helped me verify my identity with my father, helped me pick out a case and even placed the screen protector on the device for me. I am very pleased with how the entire interaction took place. The other associates in the place also seemed just as enthusiastic to help out.

If you wish to be charged hidden fees then come to this store!! We opened a family plan, Amed, a middle eastern salesperson acted helpful but never disclosed activation fees, and on top of that, we explicitly ask for one plan, he turned around and inputs the more expensive plans Clearly for more commission to his friggin Pocket. We found all this AFTER we spoken to Verizon support month later, a triple amount phone bill!!!!

Extremely incompetent staff.Staff mislead us and told us that changing postpaid account to prepaid was no problem, charged us for services, and was unable to complete what we were trying to do. Took over an hour, they tried to get me to leave the store while they worked on it, and then right after I left they texted me telling me they couldnt do it.I came back to the store, they tried giving me the runaround, tried having me call corporate customer service, so I did it in the store, and corporate customer service was closed.Once again, extremely unhelpful, incompetent staff.

Went into the store on two separate occasions to pick up a new iPhone. On both occasions, someone checked me in at the door, and I began my wait. I observed two employees helping two customers. I was next. 45 minutes later, I asked to be taken off the list and walked out. I saw lots of hard selling going on, to bad music blaring over crappy bluetooth speakers. All I wanted was a new phone. Again... this happened twice in a week. Ill never set foot in this store again.

Not sure if the staff here know what is going on within their own store.. So went in to grab a replacement sim and they said that they are out at the moment and should be getting a new shipment in by tomorrow. But were able to put me on the list for tomorrow, no problem right?So they asked for my ID but apparently state issued temporary IDs (paper ones) arent acceptable types of identifications -_- so anyways, Luckily I was able to get a passcode sent to another family member on the account and they were able to get me through the system and order me a sim.10 mins later after waiting because they cant find what a sim card is in their fancy ipads inventory system, the rep magically found an extra sim card in the back. Soo unless you can deal with this arrogance. I suggest finding a different retailer.
