BEWARE SCAM ALERT!!!! **** ********* WHO IS VERY RESPONSIVE BEFORE HE GETS PAID. AFTER HE GETS HIS MONEY GETTING A HOLD OF HIM IS A PROCESS. We were told 2 solid lies that wouldve changed whether we did business with them or not. 1.) We wanted a US base call center which we were told was in Utah. Instead he told me its an Americanized call center but the ladies I worked with all had VERY strong accents and it was quite clear that English was NOT their first language. There was a huge language barrier. 2.) The Pre Qualfied Leads were in fact NOT QUALIFIED. Meaning the person calling to transfer the leads didnt stop to have a conversation with the applicant instead they were tricked into thinking there was something wrong with their mortgage. I paid $2,250 for 50 Pre Qualified Leads. Which comes to to $45 per lead. I received maybe 5 or 6 Leads who were actually qualified thats 44 unqualfied leads that were transferred to me at the rate of $45 a piece. I informed them I paid for Pre Qualfified leads and I absolutely need all leads transferred to me to be as such. After countless attempts at a meeting to discuss the quality of the leads I had been receiving. I requested a refund. I was denied so this company was allowed to take $2,250 from me and deliver about $270 worth of work. They in good faith offered me $2,000 credit 4 months ago if I agreed to delete all my negative reviews. I deleted my reviews and they never sent me another single lead.
