The lady who does eyebrow threading is never available at salon. Plus she also lies saying that there is no appointments when I had tried to make appointments although the truth was that she was not available in salon! Total unprofessional behavior!

This place is fantastic. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and had no wait to get my brows done. Ive been to other threading salons in the city, but Im happiest with the result after coming here. Theyre evenly shaped, properly trimmed, and even got a little brow massage. Will definitely be back.

I love this place. When I used to get my eyebrows threaded once upon a time in high school, I remember Id dread it each time I go in because it would hurt like hell. I mean tears falling down pain. Imagine my relief when I visited M&M and it was pretty much painless. Not sure if my eyebrows have an increased pain threshold or if people learned to make threading less painful, but I barely flinched.I love this place. Theyre clean, fast, and friendly. I havent had a problem with going to different people and have left pretty happy each time. They also have an unlimited eyebrow threading card for 3 months for $50. Definitely worth it IMO since Im too lazy to keep up with plucking and so end up going every other week. Also the aloe that they massage on after is the BEST PART OF MY WEEK.

The first time I visited this place a year ago, my eyebrows were unidentically threaded..! It took about 2-3 months to get them to be identical again. But i mustered courage and tried them again now, this time a different staff and good deal..they were very very professional, n did n good job on the brows :)

Great attention to detail, soothing atmosphere, did a great job with my brows even though they are naturally asymmetrical. Im surprised this place wasnt packed! Check it out.

My experience here was decent, but their Groupon deal was extremely misleading. I only went here because I found a deal on Groupon for an eyebrow threading session for $1, I know it sounded too good to be true. It was too good to be true, it was actually $1 to get 30% off. The information on Groupon said the full price was $10, but it was actually $13. So they made me pay $10, even though 30% of $13 is $3.90. I knew $1 was too good to be true, I didnt have the highest of hopes though. The service was alright aside from that, she went a little fast and my eyebrows were a tad uneven. I still tipped because she was really nice. I dont think Ill be coming back though. I have an eyebrow place that I absolutely love and its the same price.
