Kim! Its all about having Kim be your waxtician. This was my second time here-second time bikini wax ever. The first time was just alright, but this last time Kim laughed with me, at my fear of the pain, talked me through what she was doing and aftercare, and authentically just likes people. She is professional and real. Definitely going back to see her. :)

They take Covid precautions very seriously which I can appreciate. Alex was amazing. So fast and extremely thorough. Super clean salon and very easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend this wax studio.

The first time I came to this location was awesome, the girl was so cool and sweet and made everything comfortable. Keep in mind Ive been getting waxed for some time so this isnt my first experience. The second time at this location was an entirely different story. I was wrongly under the impression I could schedule with whoever, thinking theyre all wonderful so why worry… wrong. The last appointment I had, the woman went over the same spot for my brazillian quite literally 10 times. My skin has literally had to recover from this wax, I have suffered raw skin, skin flaking off, multiple horrible ingrown hairs, not to mention the woman was obviously sick the entire time… coughing in her mask, she had no voice, and just made me uncomfortable. It has been since June 24th that I got this wax and my skin is still suffering tremendously.

Ive been coming to this location and the one on Bush for just under 2 years and theyre wonderful! I always get a wax, its almost never over 15 minutes and pretty painless. Since COVID, their precautions are safe and in place from when you walk in the door to leaving and paying, using text messages to ensure proper distancing before arrival. Theyre always playing good music. I usually end up with Kelly and shes dope! Highly recommend.

ReWAXation is by far my favorite place for a wax. Everyone who works there provides quality work, and Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences each time Ive gone. I feel very safe with the precautions theyve taken during the pandemic - 10/10 recommend!

I am not very experienced with Brazilians but I know the first one I had...every single hair was removed...my experience here at the BUSH location was very subpar. There were patches of hair remaining that couldve easily been removed. Im annoyed because Im from out of town and was hoping Id found a great spot...but...Ill keep looking.

Rewaxation just reopened this week and they’re doing a super job with their Covid protocols. They take your temperature before you enter and make you sanitize you’re hands. There’s a separate area to set your things and everything is sanitized very thoroughly. I got my armpits sugared and they did a great job. Yay!

I went in to rewaxation for the first time and I felt completely safe for covid and had a great experience. I felt like it was a good price for the Brazilian wax and they did a very thorough job. Excellent experience through and through.

I came in to be waxed (with the hard wax). It was the most painless wax I’ve ever received and the staff clearly takes the safety of everyone very seriously (plastic dividers, masks, sanitizing, etc).Cannot recommend reWAXation enough!

It breaks my heart to write this review for this location... Precovid, I loved their SF Bush street location, always had a fabulous experience and never had this issue with them. During the pandemic I frequented the Austin location, which is amazing!!My first, only and last wax here was two days ago, and it was a meh experience. Parking was difficult to find (I miss the austin parking lot) and I was 10 mins late, but within the window that they could still take me, yet the waxer was hesitant to let me use the bathroom first. She worked quickly and efficiently, but not thoroughly at all, and she never seemed to go back and check her work. I don’t know what the rush was for, cuz she was done in 15 mins. After I got home and checked, I saw she left SO MANY patches of hair. Long ones, mind you that could be easily be waxed off if she bothered checking her work. And I don’t want to knock a small owned business, but after spending $75 ($60 + $15tip cuz I feel bad someone has to work during this pandemic and very lucky that I can get a wax) and feeling taken advantage of for the last two days, I’d warn to do a thorough check before leaving their room... otherwise you’re getting ripped off.

ReWAXation Divis is such a vibe! Its really welcoming and smells great. Everyone is extremely nice and they play fun music enough to drown out other personal conversations. I was dreading picking a new spot after going to the same girl in New York for 5 years, but I got lucky with reWAXation.Mel was my girl and she was super cool and lovely and did a great job. If you are not getting sugaring and just wax, youre in luck! Because they only use hard wax!! Ive been to other places where 1. they either use regular wax or hard wax and 2. hard wax usually costs way more, but not here. It was painless and flawless.Its a great price and Mel did an amazing job. Ill def be going back.

I was looking for a place to get sugared in my neighborhood and found reWAXation. They got great reviews, so I decided to try them out, and I could not be happier! Lulu made the process quick and painless, and was so much fun to talk to. The salon is taking such great safety precautions with COVID, including having you wait outside and text once youve arrived, taking your temperature before you enter, asking that you use hand sanitizer, hanging a divider between you and the waxer, and of course, requiring masks for employees and clients. Ive been sugared plenty of times before, but never this efficiently or pain-free -- and for a great price! I cant recommend reWAXation enough!

I had a waxing appointment this past week and Dani was professional and quick. I was impressed with the remodel and, more importantly, the steps they have taken to reduce the risk of covid transmission.

I got the sugaring brazilian wax which is a sugar paste instead of wax. First time and I will be going back as soon as I need to. Very clean and careful about taking covid precautions, testing your temperature and keeping distance from your face as much as possible with a vinyl partition while service is being performed. Its also located in the bottom floor of an old purple Victorian on Divisidero. Thank you for a job well done!

ReWAXation is such a cute small business. Adorable storefront with friendly staff and refreshments/hilarious reading material while you wait (though Ive never actually been kept waiting - they are very punctual). Kelly in particular is absolutely phenomenal for all your waxing & sugaring needs! She is super personable, detail oriented and extremely efficient. Shell have you in and out in no time with the smoothest legs (etc) around!

This was my first wax during covid times and I felt completely safe here. They have fans running, they have a clear barrier curtain that separates your head from the esthetician, and you wait outside and text to come in so youre in the building as short of time possible.

This is by far my favorite place to get sugared and waxed. The staff is really friendly and efficient. Most recently I was waxed by Dani and she was great—I was out in 20 minutes and she made me feel really comfortable. The rooms are noticeably clean and the ingredients of the wax and sugar paste are high quality (only 6 ingredients in the wax and 2 ingredients in the sugar paste!) Also, the vibe of the shop is just cool and empowering. Pay in cash and they’ll give you a cute little stamp card to eventually get money off a wax. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to get waxed and sugared. I go to Alex, she’s really thorough and good at her job. You can tell she takes pride in her work! They sometimes offer wine before your appointment which is a plus :)

Ive been hesitating about leaving a review because Im worried Ill never get an appointment again! Dani is incredible. Shes been sugaring my bits for a good few years now. Love her energy! Its not painless cause clearly the hair is being ripped out by a sticky smeared ball of sugar stuff, but shes so quick that its all over before you know it. Scheduling online is great. Reception is always lovely and welcoming. :)

I love coming here! If youre looking for more of a spa like feel when you get waxed, this is not the place for you. I am very much a get in and get it done kind of person and Ive always been done and out within 30 minutes (for brows + lip). Highly recommend if you are looking for quick, efficient, and accurate waxing.

Great service and lasting results. The staff is passionate about making you beautiful and gives you a great time. I tried the waxing only and was absolutely delighted. Also my legs stayed nice and soft for a really long time compared to usual waxing. Im not from SF but if I was I would definitely come every month and try other services !

Naturally, I have a lot of fears about trusting someone to give me a Brazilian wax, but now I have found Dani at Rewaxation, and I wont go anywhere else. This place is clean, everyone is super friendly, and Dani works *fast* and does a great job. Ive been going to her for a couple of years now, so I can vouch for the consistency of this place. They dont abuse my e-mail address, but they do send discounts sometimes....and this past week they donated a percentage of everything they made to charity, which is apparently an annual thing. The worst eyebrow wax of my life, I started crying on the table. Maybe they are really good at all other waxing because it doesn’t requiring much shaping, but I only asked for a clean up and half my eyebrows are gone. Would never go here again and would never advise anyone looking to keep their eyebrows in tact to either.

While initially it feels a bit like being cattled in-the staff make the experience relaxing and pleasant. Sugaring hurts like the first time I ever waxed, but worth it for effect. Alex did an excellent job and was able to accommodate a special request for me making my experience even better. She set me at ease and had some great experience in the trade.

The front desk girls were so friendly when I came in. They offered me wine. I felt like I was getting pampered :) My spray tan by Deja was perfect and she made me feel comfortable! 10/10 recommend. Going back again later today!

The Divisadero location is cute, hip, and clean and everyone that works here has always been so kind and accommodating, whether through email, over the phone, or in person. I was introduced to sugaring at reWAXation and the five stars are really for each and every staff. On their online reservation system, Ive never felt the need to select by whom I want sugaring services because Ive had an excellent experience so far with everyone. The ladies here have always provided services that are professional and detail-oriented. I highly recommend reWAXation.

Moved from NY and was looking for NY (~$50-$60) prices for sugaring - found this place on Yelp based on the reviews and took a gamble. Kelly gave by far the best sugar / wax I have ever received - it was straight up painless and I loved how she was able to do a combo Brazilian (sugaring + wax where needed), not to mention how thorough she was with getting out nearly all the ingrown hairs. New go to spot.

This was my go to place for ages. Suddenly today Im making an appointment and they tell me that because of something that happened almost a year ago I have to have a credit card on file. I didn’t have my wallet when I called. There was something about a missed appointment and I worked it out at the time and I dont want to be robotically told its policy; we just now caught it after Ive been a loyal customer for years. You just now caught it? Youre talking to me like Im a shoplifter or something. Forget this. If it was the last time, and the website wasnt so buggy, and I had not called and worked it out, and even tipped the person who was affected, I would understand. The place is a little bit mismanaged at the very top and thats OK, but I dont know, that was just an insult I didnt need on a busy and stressful day. I’m always on time, I am always gracious, and I always tip well, and I didn’t appreciate the arbitrary slight. Going somewhere else now, which didn’t concern them in the slightest

Love love love reWAXation. After my first visit it immediately became my go-to for sugaring/waxing. All of the staff are super chill and welcoming (it does not feel like a stuck up salon)! Its beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Ive mostly gotten Brazilians and upper upper leg services and every time its been perfect - the staff love to chat or not chat depending on your mood/preference, as sometimes chatting helps to keep you distracted lol! All of the staff are really knowledgeable and always teach me something new about the process and science of it, and I love how each time they expertly customize the process to make it the best experience for you - sometimes if the hair growth is too long theyll decide to do hard wax, theyll get in there and tweeze your short hairs, if your skin is sensitive theyll apply calming cream, baby powder, etc. all while informing you and ensuring youre comfortable. It really is the best and I always leave satisfied!

Today, I had the Privilege of meeting Alex (very sweet) and she took great care of me.
