Best junk haulers in downtown San Francisco we have found. They were clean and quick with removing all the trash we had from building a new deck. We had them clean out the garage after they did such a good job on our yard. The price was really good and we were really happy with how professional they were.

I called Sunday to get a quote from the San Francisco office, they didn’t only give me a quote, but they were available to do the pickup the same evening. They called me often with the status of their arrival, they had all the Rs: respectful, responsible, reasonable. Thank you Pablo and all other personnel of Junk Xpress for making my day!

This was an amazing experience! I called, snapped a photo of my junk pile, got a firm quote, and the truck arrived in 20 minutes. The two guys Jimmy and Donnie were polite, professional, fast, very pleasant, and tidy. They charged me exactly what I was quoted on the phone...(in the past other companies have tried to tack on exorbitant extra fees once they were in my driveway.). I would hire these guys again in a minute, they deserved the big tip I gave them, you will feel the same way. Really great experience, would definitely recommend! Richie was super communicative, texting with info and updates, and even offered me a discount on some extra space in the truck when they switched to a larger truck due to a change in scheduling! Freddy and Danny were on time, letting me know exactly when they were arriving. They were friendly and respectful, quick and efficient, and the garage and outdoor junk was gone within twenty minutes. I worked for Junk Xpress for one day with Zach. I have never had such a poor experience with a company. My life was put in danger after being in a collision, which Zach then ran from cutting across 5 lanes of freeway traffic to get away. He did not have his license or any form of ID on him, which is why he left. He did not wait for CHP to arrive after the victims called. I got home and called the supervisor immediately after that day, told him everything and quit. I find out soon after that the supervisor had quit only a few days later due to my experience and the company as a whole. I will never recommend them for anything. My life was put in danger for $15/hour. And I have not been compensated for my time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUNK XPRESS. I hope to get in contact with someone else from the company, but have been blown off every time. They are bad people and a bad company whos goal is to make money at the cost of others lives. That is no way of doing business for a junk company. So to anyone out there from Junk Xpress, give me a call before this turns into something bigger than it can be. I am very impressed with the service i received. So much so that i am a repeat customer. A month ago, i need to have my two car garage cleaned out. There was so much junk in there that we couldnt even fit one car in the garage. The guys came out (2 man team) and asked what i wanted removed (which was practically everything). They worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They even neatly arranged the items i kept again the wall in a neat and orderly fashion. At the end, they swept the garage snd left everything to neat and clean. And the price was reasonable compared to what other haulers are charging. Tad bit overpriced but they got in and out quickly.We paid ~$400 for them to take a sofa and a queen size mattress. The sofa was pretty large and there were a few small things (table and 2 med boxes worth of trash) and $400 seemed a bit steep, but I think it was worth it as we didn’t really have another choice. They were very quick and got our things the very next day.Edit: initially I had a critical review because I thought our headphones got taken in the process. This was not the case, the movers were very professional and only took what we asked them to take. My sincere apology for the false accusation.

This company is great! Easy to make appt via chat on their website. I was at the mercy of a moving company that more than tripled the costof my move when they came to pick up my stuff, so to keep at least close to the quote, I had to take off more than half of my things I wanted to ship!!!! Zack and Pablo were both refreshingly friendly and professional - so much so that I wanted to hang out with them while they loaded the truck. 😄 I loved finding out they try to donate as much as possible to local agencies and organizations, as I had them take other things I had set aside for a trip to Goodwill. The final price was very fair too (MUCH less expensive than what we were quoted by 1-800-GOT-JUNK). I’ll definitely be calling them again when the need arises! Thanks guys!!

The quote recd over the phone ended up being higher and they didnt get everything on the truck because they ran out of room, which is not my issue. When they came back 2 days later I was charged for the original items that were supposed to be picked up the first time and which were paid for. They were 4 hours late on the second trip with a flimsy excuse. I had to call them to see where they were. First bill was $612 and second bill was $115 that I feel is owed back to me. What a scam. Do not use this company! I now hear from others this is common practice.

After calling two junk hauling places to schedule a Saturday pickup and having no luck, I decided to call JunkXpress since they advertised as being open 24 hrs. It was after hours (around 6pm) so I figuredI would at least make a call. Got a friendly response on the phone with an offer to have someone come out that same night. Sure enough, by 8pm Vincent and his truck had arrived. Seriously, this guy would have rearranged my garage for me if I had asked him to. I don’t know how he did it all himself, but he managed to haul away a big chest freezer, metal filing cabinets and several more items in about 30 minutes. A hard worker and nice, too. I will use them again.

Go with these guys! We needed a sofa, a lounge chair, and a sofa bed removed from our second-story flat. These items were bulky and heavy. Two friendly, young gentlemen showed up on time, and even then, they were extremely communicative via text about their ETA. Amazingly, they got everything out within 15 minutes, despite having to maneuver a 7’ sofa out a narrow door and down a flight of stairs, all the while being vey careful not to scratch the floor and walls. Junk Xpress is reasonably priced, efficient, courteous, and honest. Don’t look anywhere else to solve your junk woes.

The guys did say they just opened it up as their 3rd Calofornia Location.First I got a call the night before my pickup- Vince was very professional and helped me decide what my best options were at disposing of my unwanted items. Some items he recommended separating so that his team could load it last and drop it at a donation center. Its nice to know nothing goes to a landfill and some stuff is repurposed. Thanks for that, I dont like seeing good stuff that I paid good money for get trashed.On the day of the team called me 1 hr before they were going to arrive to let me know they were on the way.Besides the trucks not looking awesome with the logo the guys that make up Junk Xpress are sincerely assassins m awesome. I used them to clean out my garage. First i paid 2 guys with a truck 300$ to make 3 dump runs of stuff that I had put curbside. Next i paid Junk Xpress $300 to do 4 times the amount of stuff and I didnt lift a finger except to point.Priced a dumpster and with the$400 for the same size as the truck and with me doing all the with, Junk Xpress was for sure the best option- and I couldnt believe how fast they were. These guys are true professionals and the guys loved their jobs and even said as much multiple times throughout the job. They even said how Vince was a great boss and that he does everything he can to ensure the safety and happiness of the teams. Im impressed.
