My teenager dropped his iphone7 and we needed to have the screen replaced. Making an appointment was very easy! The owner was even nice enough to suggest parking options. When he realized our appointment would be when metered parking turned into driving lanes he suggested to stop in the front and just have my son run up so we can avoid paying for the expensive parking garage. Thats what we did and he said it would only take 20 minutes and it did! And during that time he even let us know there may be some water damage in the phone. Two hours ago I accidentally stepped on, and smashed my iPhone screen. A quick google search led me to this repair shop, and the only one in SF with a five star rating, so i called to inquire about a screen replacement and if there was availability today. On the other end of the line was a very honest, understanding and pleasurable service man who said not only did he have time but offered me a discount over the phone! I was sold, I zipped down to the office dropped off my phone and and hour and half later I was out the door with a perfect screen, a nice discount, and he even threw on a tempered glass screen cover for FREE! For less than a warranty claim from my service provider, my phone was fixed in a couple of hours and none of my data was lost. I would 100% recommend to friends and family, and return if the need ever arose again!!

So I called this place & they were able to squeeze me in on the same day. I work a few blocks from there, so it was quite convenient for me just to walk over. I had dropped my iPhone [no cracked screen] and it kept restarting every 2 mins. I took it in and Id asked that we check for loosened connections and to reset the battery connection to see if itll fix the problem before he delves into the diagnosis. He was willing to give it a try and viola! it fixed the restarting problem. He didnt even charge me for his time to open up and closing up the phone. Very decent and honest guy; Id go back there if I ever have any issues with my iPhone.

I had cracked my iPhone 10 S screen. Lee was great, super nice guy.He initially did not realize until I left the phone with him it was a 10 S. When I came back he was very apologetic as he told me he usually does not work on the 10 S.He went out of his way and ordered the part overnight that was needed to repair the screen. He also did not charge me extra for working on the 10 S, I would highly recommend.

This is my go to guy from now on! For some odd reason Ive always had bad luck when i need to get my phone fixed,but not with this location. Lew was genuinely helpful and accommodating. While I waited for my phone to get repaired, I was able to spend time in the waiting room with a TV and drinks. Lew was able to fix my phone in no time and I was back at work. Hopefully I dont break my phone again, but if I do I know where to go.

The screen protector placed on my phone by iPhone Repair FiDi has lasted 4 months...the screen has started to peel in the corners (scotch tape is holding), and dust has collected at gap in the glass over a mm misalignment.It’s not like he’s gonna give me a new one so, just spend the $ at apple and get something a little more sturdy.The material is a thick plastic not a true glass screen protector. I dropped my phone, and it slid down slicing the plastic.

So LEW is a nice guy, but hes also a salesman. He will fix your phone, but hell upcharge you and sell you aftermarket generic parts, not OEM. For me, he came off very unassuming and nice. He reassured me that he could fix my phone. He said the BEST he could do is $200 if i paid cash. I thought it was a good deal and i took it. After the repairs, he said he had installed an OLED OEM screen for my Iphone XS and he needed $20 more dollars. I said okay, i thought my phone was working fine. A month goes by and I find out that my phone screen was in fact NOT OEM or even OLED. Brightness was off, Response was slow. it was a generic aftermarket part that could be sold for as less than a THIRD of what i paid to have him install it. Lew has the knowledge and knowhow of repairs, however because of this he grossly over charges and supplies aftermarket parts. not saying he did a bad job. just saying that there are other CHEAPER repair shops that offer the SAME services, for honest aftermarket parts not OEM snake oil.

The service was amazing. I had my battery repaired in under 15 minutes. Apple initially quoted me 4+ hours to get it repaired. The guy who runs the place is really nice and genuine as well.

I was very satisfied with the service I received on my current IPhone 7 that I decided to bring in my water damaged IPhone 6. It’s been over a year since my IPhone 6 sustained water damage from rain while I was riding around in those red Scoots. Even with the cover Scoot provides water still managed to get in. I had charged the phone with the Scoot charging cable which they say can further damage a wet phone. I also tried drying it out with silica and a bag of rice. Fast forward 15 months later, I brought it in to Lew and he brought my old phone back to life. This phone had not turned on in over a year, but still indicated a charge. Now I have a fully functional back up IPhone thanks to Lew.

During the display fix, the proximity sensor of the iPhone was damaged.Damage was confirmed by another repair shop. Furthermore the changed display was not an original. The difference is, that an original display will still continue to operate with a crack, whereas a bogey part will not.
