Rudest lady who was simply had no interest to help. All I wanted to purchase was an earring back but she was more insistent on piercing my ears. Apparently this jewellery shop had no earring backs for sale unless the earrings were bought specifically from the shop? New to me.

Gold to expensive compared to most shops. Even the gold bonded is too expensive.

I had to wait 10 minutes for the attendant to get back from her break. Once she got back I asked her a couple of questions about some jewellery most specifically if it was surgical steel to which she was very evasive. I was ready to purchase and she walked away from me mid sentence to go help someone else. I suggest spending money at a place that has better customer service.

Very friendly ladies that work at this location. My husband lost the receipt to my necklace and they were able to pull his information up and verify that way. It didnt take long, but some places just arent willing to do this for you. So thank you ladies. My chain was replaced and we went on our merry way.

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The staff was very friendly, patient, and competent throughout the entire process.She said the pain was less than that of a flu shot.
