Used to work there and had a discount. It was still too expensive. One day I saw in the backroom how they treated the candy and I never used my discount again because I did not want to eat their stuff. The supervisor Liz treated me badly when I caught her smoking non-cigarette substances in the bathroom and so I quit. The big boss manager was no help when I reported both the harrassment and the illegal substance use and he yelled at me and told me maybe I should quit.

They deliver thru FedEx who stated they delivered to my front door which they did not. Can get no help from either world pantry or FedEx. Very dissatisfied!

Ive ordered from the ATKINS page and every time they selll me things that world pantry doesnt have in stock. They need to have a better inventory tracking. If you order online they should tell you it is out of stock. I have to email the company only to find out days later my order never shipped due to lack of inventory. The communication on their part just sucks.

Oddly writing a good review because there was a shipping error (shortage). Contacted them, described the problem in detail, and a week later I had the balance of my order.People will mess up from time to time. The sign of a good team is that they acknowledged & fixed the problem; also are mindful of customer suggestions.

Hi,I was relieved to find a site to purchase Silver Palates Cinnamon Muffin mix. It is really high priced, however, compared to what I paid at a retail store when it was carried in Michigan. When it was on sale, it was $1.99, regularly priced was $2.99. My coupons earned through purchases even give a maximum price of $3.49. Then add shipping, gees....I liked this site, because despite contacting Silver Palate and even having a conversation with one of their executives, no resolution to obtaining the mix was offered.I would be very happy to receive any promos that are eluded to on the order form. I love making bread from this amazing mix.

I received the product as promised BUT after paying $36.00 CDN for shipping on a $70.00 CDN order, I got a FEDEX bill for $34.15 CDN. Shipping and duties cost more than the tea I ordered!!! Will never order from here again!
