Very great shoes!These shoes are very comfy and i love how wide they are!The design is very innovative and i love the staylase design!The Abra in black is my favorite, i would reccomend it to anyone!

I found this brand when my kiddo was 2 and shes now 5. Their shoes are all she wears! Cute, comfy and washable, everything a parent wants in a shoe. I now own a pair of adult shoes-Larkin that have been great for my commute to work and is an awesome weekend shoe for running errands. Cant wait to try them out at Disney World next month!

My kids love the shoes so much I bought some for myself. And I have to say that I am not disappointed. Very supportive even when wearing them for 16 hours at Disneyland. And stylish enough that many strangers asked me about them.

I used to be a loyal plae customer, I have 5 pairs, my kid wears only plae, husband 8+ pairs, but because of their customer service (lack of it), I most likely will take my business somewhere else. And as the other reviewer mentioned about transparency, they are removing/not posting honest reviews on their website. Too bad as I think Plae Product is innovative and has great potential :)

NEVER buy another pair. They make it sound like returns are so problem. For 2 months, I have been trying to trying to get my money back. Never heard from anyone and I kept emailing. Finally hear back from someone and they are telling me that I need to set up a Paypal account. This is the most horrible customer service. Customers should not have to track down their refunds for months and then be told they need to set up a Paypal account to get a refund.

I buy one woman flat black shoes. its not cheap shoes. but its very sultry!!! Im not a person have sweat a lot woman, but when I wear these shoes, I can feel my foot very moist. Very uncomfortable. I will not buy their shoes again.

Broken tabs (velcro part) after few wear. When I contacted customer service she spoke as broken tabs happens after few wear and told me to place order for new tabs. But there is no tabs available in my son’s size. I contacted customer service again and told that there is no tabs for my son on web but they never got back to me. I do not want to deal with this after paying almost $70 for my 7years old shoes. Never buying shoes from them.

Update: Plae customer service contacted me and replaced the defective shoes. They were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. It’s hard to find good customer service...and I will always return to companies that do. Thanks Plae! Will buy future Plae shoes for our kiddos.Sadly I no longer recommend Plae shoes. The first three pairs we bought for active 2&5 year olds lasted forever (compared to every other brand), so I was very impressed. But the last 2 pairs didn’t last even a few weeks. Stitching came out, Velcro came loose, the tabs fell out and were lost. I emailed the company and they did replace the first defective pair. So thought I’d buy again, but when stitching came loose on this pair too.

This was the first pair of Plae shoes we bought for my 4 year old girl. Just starting pre-k. We went to Nordstrom got measured, tried them on ran around found her size but they did not have the color she wanted. They directed us to the Plae website. We ordered these with a bunch of cool Velcros, Pheobe was so excited. Shoe come in, she wear them day 1 to school come home say the shoes hurst a little, we thought may we did the velcro to tight, so next day she wears them again and my wife gets called to the school to bring shoes cause these PLAE one my kid said hurt her heels. We get home and look and there is not even a neutral stability base to this shoe, these caused her to step inwards and barley any cushion under the her to inner heel. she was in pain and upset. My daughter never had foot issues prior and the ones in Nordstrom did not fit like this. (same model diff color).I emailed customer service and they immediate say no, they are worn, cant return. SO if there is a possible defect in a brand new colorway you just released you dont want to inspect or have me mail the shoe, just an automatic no? so i emailed pics of the shoes and was told 24-48 hours i would get a reply. 6 days later nothing so i chat online after emailing and get told again no return for worn shoes. I re-explain how can a compnay that has a shoe that may be defective and causing a child pain not even be requested to be sent to them.My daughter has gym class her second day but cmonthey are 4 gym class is running around like anyone else. I get this exact qoute in an email from a plae rep,We do recommend our shoes for general fun and moving around, as many kiddos love to do. In instances of increased physical activity such as PE. or advanced sports we would suggest an athletic shoe with a bit more support. So now they are saying their shoe comes with a disclaimer basically, you can can play, just not to much or to hard otherwise this shoe will hurt and you should not be wearing it?I am surprised a rep from Plae said those words to me in an email on how to use sneakers. wow, just wow.In the end they did say they would extend a 1 time courtesy and mail them back. but it took 5 emails, 2 IM sessions and 6 days to just get some status.They do appear to be nice shoes, may we just got a bad apple but based on their customer service model on how the customer is not always right and they have zero tolerance no more business with them or form anyone i now in the future.UPDATE 5 MINUTES LATER:I posted this review on thier site directly and got an email back instantly saying, please verify email address. I did then i get an auto email saying thank you, you review is posted to share for all to see our honest feedback.IT goes live on their site, 3 minutes later, it was taken done. So much for transparency with this company. Buyer beware. nice shoes and products, bad company in term of customer service.
