I’ve never heard about them, until I received a message from my credit card company that there was a failed payment attempt from my credit card to them. That’s when I searched for them on Google and found this site. Are they scammers?

I’ve only bought a few small items from massdrop but man.. their reddit person is on point. Absolute honesty. If you have a question about a product that may or may not work for you. They have a honest approach. They will tell you if you don’t need their product. And if you do they will comment about the quality of their product and how it can meet your needs. This is the kind of PR that every company should hold to. Keep it up, guys. You’re setting a new gold standard in customer service.

Bought a TV and all went well. Bought a second TV and it showed up broken (and late). Took 20 days to get a replacement TV ... which was also broken!At the 20 days past transaction mark I escalated with PayPal. Massdrop threatened to no longer work with me while the PayPal escalation was in place. This is even though once escalated, PayPal allows for another 20 days for the vendor to work with the customer to make things right!.Once reviewed by PayPal, Massdrop demanded the TV be returned to them. I had to pay $247 in return shipping for a documented (video and pics of unboxing) broken TV!!! When they received the broken TV at their California address on file with PayPal, they held on to it for 6 days before handing it back to UPS return to sender!Massdrop has gone out of their way to make this as expensive and drawn out as possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Avoid, once they take your money, if anything is ever wrong youre screwed and out of money.
