Reasonable indoor parking garage with convenient location to Pier 33 and the city. $27 is a decent price for all day parking. This is an unmanned parking garage, but much much safer than the outdoor lots nearby. This location provided me with the peace-of-mind needed to be able to be a tourist for the day in San Fran. There is no security at either type of garage, but the bad kids are attracted to the outdoor lots and the police do not show up. They care, they just cant do anything that will keep the kids in jail. Typical security found in a democratic state. Saw 1 break-in and heard of many others at the outdoor lots.
Left our rental car for a day trip to Alcatraz Island which is a quick walk to pier 33. Safe and convenient.
Ok parking but cost over $50 to park for the day, 9 hours or so.
$27 for the day not bad. Overhead clearance 7’ just barely snuck a new ram rebel in here. Would not try with a 3/4 ton. Would recommend
Website hours are wrong. Help number doesnt work.
Good parking in a great location cheaper if booked ahead of time easy scan in and out.
Perfect parking garage if youre going to walk around Fisherman Wharf, one of the most popular tourist attractions in SF. Highly recommended!
Parking was pretty safe. Had a wheelchair and there were no ramps down so we had to use the ramps you use to drive up, to get down which was pretty worrisome because you couldnt really tell if a car was about to come up. There are no elevators. The parking lot doesnt really offer a whole lot of parking, if youre coming during a busy time of the year you probably wont find anything because this place is only $25 for a whole day. Tight squeeze. Youll have to unload your items and passengers before you park and be wary of those parking next to you because its likely theyll hit you if theyre a newer driver.
Hours are incorrect on website.
Parking on a Saturday morning and the rate was $20 for the whole day. Plenty of parking spaces available both when we parked and later in the afternoon when we came back. Other nearby lots are charging an average of $12 an hour with a $60 to $65 per day maximum. This one is only a block or so further away.
We parked here for a day. We parked at the top under an office window. Could see a few people working and looking down onto the garage. Felt very secure and safe. The ramps going up n down are narrow but not overly tight. Parked a Jeep Grand Cherokee with no issue. Not a bad view either.
This garage is closed to the public on weekends due to COVID-19. The operators should have posted this information before we drove there.
This lot is one of the cheaper lots near the Wharf. The weekend price is $20/day which is very reasonable. It is a pretty tight parking lot. The ramps are very narrow and steep, however I felt safe leaving my car here. FYI, the parking lot closes at 10pm.
Closed although its supposed to be open
We got all the way in and parked before discovering that there were no elevators or wheelchair ramps for my mother. What year is this?
I remember parking here so we could go to the Alcatraz tour. This place was actually quite nice, really well kept. As soon as we said Alcatraz, the staff knew what we were talking about and guided us to the correct parking spaces. The spaces were a little bit bigger than other garages around the area and the prices were decent as well.
It was a good price for parking. But the rates arent clearly posted. And the parking spaces are a but tight. But its convenient, easy to find, and nice staff.
Great parking lot, 25$ for up to 12 hours of parking is a good price. The location is good, a short walk from pier 33.Service is also good, easy to get in and pay at the machine at the end.
Handy parking, reasonably affordable too if they dont try to charge you twice
Says it’s for the cruises? The night cruises end at 9:30 pm. You get back at the harbor at 9:50 pm or later. Garage closes at 10 pm with your car in it. I don’t get how this is parking applicable to the cruises? We had to run back just so our car doesn’t get locked for the night. The only good thing was the price. Some of the cheapest we saw in SF but if you’re looking for something for Alcatraz night tour don’t do it. Too stressful to cut it that close and risk getting your car locked up.
Friendly staff, quick service and a lot of parking near the San Francisco Bay area tourist sites.
Short walk from the Alcatraz pier. Decent rates and they stay open late, but I wouldnt want to walk back to it alone after dark.
My experience with Ace Parking Management has been wonderful. I have been to this garage two times, once with my family and once with my wife a week ago, and there were no issues. Both times I paid $25 (daily maximum) to stay all day and explore San Francisco. All our items in the vehicle where still there when we got back (no theft) and our vehicle was not damaged with the free valet parking (the 2nd time we visited there was free valet parking). If you are looking for an inexpensive place to park your vehicle and spend the day at the fishermans wharf or anywhere in San Francisco..this is a great place. A short walking distance (10-15 minutes) from Pier 39. The staff is very helpful as well.
A little tight but worth the $25 for all day and piece of mind.
Was an ok spot. Just remember to leave right away, I had to wait a few mins after I paid for the day and ended up paying again since we were still there. Bit of a scam
Rates are good, better than the lots right on Embarcadero. Used it twice in the same weekend. The ramps between the levels are very steep. Make sure you get out by 10 pm. The garage locks up at 10 pm and you will not even be able to get to your car. Got back from a baseball game late and couldnt get to the car. My fault though because it is signed that way.
March 29 2019. $25 for all day and a piece of mind of out of the way of a lot of people, and theft. A little tight fit for bigger vehicles though.
Excellent experience here. The attendant was kind, and it was an easy process to get in/out if you read ahead and follow the instructions given to you ahead of time about how the facility works. I used the ParkWhiz app, which made the process easy to say the least. Place seems secure, clean and well kept. We parked from 8am to 6pm. Those posting about cars being locked in and charged to unlock the garage need to read the posted signs everywhere......and those that complain of no attendant need to also read the signs, you exchange your ticket when you walk back in, and pay or show your park whiz pass, then get in your car and leave. We drove right out and couldnt be happier with the service here. First timers to a parking garage, San Francisco, and California and wouldnt hesitate to do it again. THANK YOU!!!
Reasonably priced parking right near the Alcatraz ferry. Its a little tight and the ramps between levels are very steep, but not too difficult to drive around in.
Fair price. 24/7 access. Great parking for North Beach area.
Very convenient for parking for Pier 39
Affordable parking in the Embarcadero area. This was the only place we could find parking on a busy Sunday afternoon. It is easily a 15-20 minute walk from Pier 39, but it is affordably priced, so definitely worth it.
Would have parked there, but they closed at 11PM on Sat night, when I was there for the concert at Americas Cup Pavilion (Steely Dan, 8-17-2013). We parked across the street in the other garage, whose name escapes me. The concert organizers email claimed that Ace was open 24x7 but somehow on the biggest party night, they werent? Wow.
Its so close to the piers.. Walking distance from pier 33 and 39, and they have a flate rate. Very convenient.
Close to piers. Pleasant attendant. Reserved parking on 1st 3 levels, but there is an elevator.
20$ for the day which was one of the cheaper parking garages in the area and was well kept
Good garage. only $15 for all day parking on 9-17-2011. Nice for Alcatraz Cruises.
Great covered parking while on a cruise
Conveniently located near the embarcadero attractions and reasonable rates. Although Im confused if its 24 hour or closes at 11? I didnt get a chance to ask an attendant to clarify.
Easy parking for a reasonable price. It was good to use to access the ferry to Alcatraz.
Older garage but effective automated service. Pricing is competitive due to its location.
Standard parking garage in a nice area. I know on the weekends Ive seen it as high as $40
Easy in, easy out and a fair price all things considered.
Good parking structure with lots of parking. 20$ is current price for the day
Very handy for the weekend - visiting the whart / piers etc. A $10 flat fee for the day [once in / once out]
Better get there early
Great parking lot near pier 33 and 39.
Low cost parking within walking distance of Pier 32/33
Decent parking lot, close to the piers. Reasonably priced.
Clean, easy to drive in and our of since its not on the main street
$20 day rate, hours 8am-10pm. Great spot within walking distance to all piers!
Good Sunday parking value of $9 and friendly staff.
Easy to navigate in and out of close to the pier and not crowded
We payed the 25$ max. price for about 12h of parking which is ok for parking one block away from the Pier 39
Safe, clean and very close to the pier area.
What can I say it felt safe leaving my car hear for the day, good thing too as I was walking back theres other parking lots close to the docks and saw 2 that bad been broken into.
My car was still there after the whole day of wandering the piers. Win!
Parking in San Francisco is costly this place charged us a flat rate of $20.00 bucks. It doesnt open until 9:00 am though.
Big sign upon entry stated $ 18 early bird, ended up paying $22.
Found a pair of pants with tag, a purse, and an Apple tab thrown under our car. Seemed to be stolen items..
It doesnt have elevator
Its cheap and a walking distance to the piers!
Cheaper parking than at pier 39 for sure. And $20 all day on weekends you cant find that anywhere in San fran!
Nice clean private parking
Nice parking place for the price
Hard to know where is the space for hourly parking
$20 all day parking the cheapest covered packing close to the piers that I could find.
Its $20 on weekends, but on the other side of the road you have a parking for $18
A bit pricy, but it gets the job done.
Low price, parked for Alcatraz for $18 got enough hours.
Parking double price for july4, not that many spaces
Cheap and convenient.
$20 for 2 hours of parking, way too expensive
They close at 10 PM not 24 hrs.
Very handy to piers
A convenient parking
Easy parking
Good parking
20 us for Sunday parking
There was parking at 9 in the morning
Parking👌
Safe
Low clearance
Safe parking space, accessible from attractions, and reasonable charges.
Everything was very close to the pier, cheap on weekends
Good and cheap
Great location near pier 33 for Alcatraz (5-10min), near pier 39 (10min) and not far from Ghirardelli square (15min) on foot. Especially cheap if you stay there for several hours because $ 20 (closes at 10 p.m) no matter how long you stay there. It quickly pays off compared to the parking next door.
Super parking, fast at the Pier39 and the price was OK. Had a Chevy Suburban with no problems parking
The parking space is large and good.
Considering that it is practically at the pier it is very convenient
It is better to use the parkeo porq in the street much break the windows
Good, cheap and well located
Well
Be careful with this place.
