Extremely well organized and professional,while at the same time down to earth and practical

L was the Dell Tech working a subcontractor. I came and fixed an in warranty Dell desktop. The Owner/CEO was pretty nice. He saw me hustle to the car and back 4 times to put more money in the meter. My company is sketchy on reimbursement. They take about 2-3 weeks to reimburse me so I didnt want to fork over too much money on parking garages. This was my third call of the day and had already racked up $40+ dollars on fees. So, this time I just fed the meter. I think Harold Mann saw how effed up I was so he came out and talked to me a bit. He didnt have to because hes busy im sure. He was pretty friendly. Probably because he felt sorry for me.
