AMAZING! Do not trust other tailors with fancy dress (learn from my mistakes). These women are so precise with their alterations and work very fast. Plus the prices are very reasonable for the work. Other comments about the rates make me wonder if people have had high quality tailoring before. It cost me $75 to get a dress completely customized to my body and it took less than a week. Will not be taking my nice clothes anywhere else!

Wah’s Fashion is one of those places that makes you feel like a true local: you need to know exactly where it is to find it but, once you do, you will not look for another tailor. I used their services twice and both times I was highly satisfied. They are located on the third floor of 833 Market St in an apartment that is a little larger than one San Francisco room.When I walked in I showed the industrious lady what my issue with jeans was. She promptly proposed a long-term solution to fix them and to prevent similar damages to occur in the future. 6 months later my jeans are as good as new. The second time I went with another issue I told her that I needed the pants sooner than she could deliver them and… sure enough she fixed them on the spot -- it was a very little modification but she could have said no. Good quality and efficiency: you have my trust Wah’s Fashion, no discussion.

On the 3rd floor of the Bong Building (Walgreens red/green building).I have been visiting Cindy and Sam for years if not decades to get all sorts of alterations - pants hemmed, dresses taken in, pockets de-holed, leather jacket sleeves taken in, jeans holes repaired (fell hard on Folsom street), and even dresses sized down.Cindys background is the seamstress for the original Bebe sample collections, so her attention to detail, style, and craftsmanship is priceless.

I had a very challenging bridesmaid dress that needed major alterations. They did it in a week and did a beautiful job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Cash only.
