Amazing service - they go above ane beyond to make sure they help you. They have done alterations and dry cleaning on really sensitive items for me. Would use again if I was in the area.

GO ELSEWHERE. Unprofessional and completely not upfront. I dropped off a sweater on March 2nd and was not told that the store would be closed until March 16th with no option to pickup. The lack of transparency and disregard for a customers needs is apparent.

The zipper came off track on my favorite pair of 501s, which Id had for less than six months from brand-new. I took them to the Levis store on Market Street, the one with the denim repair workshop on site....where I was told the repair would incur a prohibitively high cost, and the store employee (of course) suggested I buy a new pair of really expensive jeans to replace my 6-month-old really expensive pair with the failed zipper. Um, yeah right.So I gave this place a try, as they are conveniently located just around the corner from my office in the Financial District. I dropped the jeans off at lunch time, and at the end of that business day, I had my newly-repaired favorite pair of 501s, with a good-as-new, working zipper, for a cost of $20. And all of this done with nonpareil courtesy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude that has earned them my loyalty as a customer. To wit: this was a year ago, and now today, the zipper on my favorite hoodie has failed, and I brought it in for a price quote. (Yeah, I seem to have the worst luck with zippers...) I would have been fine with next-day turnaround, and a similar price as for the jeans. But no - I was quoted $6, and turnaround in under two hours. And again, all this with genuine smiles and exceptional customer service.In short, I LOVE LOVE LOVE ABC Cleaners & Alterations, and will never take my clothes anywhere else.

This cleaner is very close to my office. Their prices are reasonable and quick turn around time (in by 9 out by 5). Customer service is good, nothing to complain about.

I love this place. I am a messy person and I always have stains on my clothes. I brought them their and they almost always removed those stains for me although they said they would not guarantee it. Sometimes, they were not able to remove the set-in stains but they made them lighter. Plus, their prices are very reasonable.

I am a regular customer of the dry cleaners and I am very disappointed the dry cleaners was closed today when I stopped by to drop off clothing today 3/16/20. I found this sign on door . The right thing to do would have been to open and inform customers and close at a half day or regular time and also call customers who had pickups they would have been called or setup a time for pickups . I have been a customer here over 5 years and I am very very disappointed today .

Ive been using ABC cleaners for over 6 years and Ive almost always been pleased with their services. I have had a couple more complex alterations lack some expertise and quality, so I usually save those for a tailor. I recently brought in a $200 blazer in for the sleeves to be hemmed about a half inch. The new manager ( a man) suggested that it be brought up from the shoulder. Given my past experience with more complicated jobs I was hesitant. I even said to him ( with a friend as witness) that the structure of the shoulder could not be changed and that it had to look the same. He assured me that they could handle it. Needless to to say, it turned out horrible. He said he could fix it. It was still not right. He refused to reimburse me for the $200 for the never worn blazer. I got sick of arguing with him because he could very clear care less about customer service. So I told him Id pick it up but refused to pay for them messing up my jacket. I would have to take it to a tailor now. He told me that he had the sleeves removed completely from the jacket to undue their work I refused to pay for. So hes returning my brand new jacket to me with no sleeves attached after they messed it up! Im filing a small claims case against them! After being a loyal customer that refers their services to others, Im beyond livid. I will never go here again!

Avoid ABC Cleaners at all costs because they have a serious listening problem to your needs due to it being too busy at their dropoff desk. Theyre too rushed and have TERRIBLE attention to detail. They say ok ok, got it and then when you come back to pick up your item and its missing work, they say you never told them about the fix. This happened multiple times and has led to extreme frustration. Who wants to take their clothes somewhere that cant get a repair or cleaning done right the first time?? This place is completely incompetent and a massive waste of time for any professional in the financial district. They cant get anything right the first time you tell them, so DONT WASTE TIME coming back again and again. Take your clothes elsewhere to a cleaner/tailor with a more competent staff who actually listens to your order and doesnt make multiple mistakes.

Super friendly and great customer service. Ive been taking my clothes to them for the past 3 years. They do excellent turn around on your clothes - next day! Great location if you work in the downtown financial district or worth the Muni ride down from Civic Center area. Yay!

These guys are my go to cleaners. They keep me looking sharp and crisp and they do it with quick turn around at a reasonable price.
