What a fraud of a company!!! Beware they love to scam their customers and auto insurance for more money. I got in a small finder bender and my insurance paid for all damages in full. They are claiming that I owe them more money and charging me an extra 5 Grand!!! You pay what you get for and had to learn the hard way...Just Beware!

Wouldnt change my car rental pick up time by ONE hour and said they would give the car away. Only option they provided was to cancel and rebook for $4500 more. The guy yelled at me on the phone for no reason.

THEY KEPT MY $350 BECAUSE THE CARD WAS NOT IN MY NAME. NOW THATS AN HONEST MISTAKE AND THEY KEEP ALL MY MONEY. I HAD NO MONEY NO CAR AND HAD TO TAKE A BUS. WHO TF DOES THAT? DO NOT USE THIS BS SERVICE

Never use this 450 Sutter St.location. Two months ago I was 2 hours late to pickup my reservation and they charged me $30.00. Last week a arrived on time on time and they said, in a dispassionate manner, that they simply didn’t have my reserved car. It was right out of that Seinfeld episode. They had a Mustang but told me they would charge me for a upgrade. I asked if they would discount my quoted price as they charged me more two months ago to which they responded no, they may have a car sometime later that day. They know how to take a reservation they just know how to keep a reservation. I called Enterprise from the dingy parking lot at 450 and got a better car for less.

These people are taking advantage of people on vacation - I prepaid for my rental using my debit card and once I got to the facility I was told to keep that card on file id have to pay a fee adding up to hundreds of dollars. I didn’t have a credit card on hand, had to use a friends and was given an email on a piece of paper and told to “ask for a refund” via email. My options were to; shorten my trip and still pay an additional 77$, pay an extra $140 to use my debit card, or chose to not rent a car and go without a refund. I called to ensure I’d get my money back, and the person on the phone “that could only be handled my email.” While I understand there are key things burried in the fine print - if a good relationship with your customers is what you’re looking to maintain you will sure get many more reviews like this until you enforce policies that are clear, less greedy, and obvious. I’m sick to my stomach and feel taken advantage of completely. Do NOT if you are on island, or in California - use economy car rental.

Extremely low quality rental car provider. We experienced long wait times for pick up due to a cumbersome and outdated in-person process, plus hidden fees that are not advertised online. I wont use them again and recommend relying on other popular providers or rental apps that allow quick, affordable, and self-serve pick-ups.

Scammers and not the actual price on website

Trust me when I say just rent from Hertz on Mason. Unless there out of cars, but then just use Dollar/Thrifty.

Avoid this place at all costs! The rental will be double the cost of whatever you pre-paid online once you get to the counter, and even if you paid by debit card they will refuse the rental without a credit card because they wont be able to scam you for more money. The manager is extremely rude and spoke to me with an aggressive tone for no reason. I was lucky there were two really nice men renting a car at the same time who stepped in to help me handle my reservation with the manager. They even had to tell him to calm down because of the way he was shouting at his staff member for no reason. To top it off, unlike other rental companies which bill you $8-13 for the Golden Gate toll, I received an invoice for $100, because they charge you a $75 admin fee for processing it. This is a completely unlawful practice but they will do what they want with your credit card - avoid them!

Horrible experience with this company! I made an incorrect reservation an hour ago, and tried to cancel it immediately to make a correct one. The company would not refund my money. I will NEVER use this company and will tell others not to use it either.

The employee are friendly and respectful I give 5stars bec they give u to take time to asst you better, and make sure u got what u need . I like the service the way they do everything is ready and fast service.Thank you guys keep up the great costumer service and good work . Heads up :) and thank you for all ur help to get the car what I need. Especially it fits on my budget they are really cheap rental the car is clean and safety.

Do not ever use this rental car company, especially this site. The service is extremely rude. There is no refund if you need to change the booking.
