Fantastic experience. Sixt rent a car made a mistake on our reservation, leaving us to scramble to find a car for a 10-day road trip with one days notice. B&W had a car available and made it painless.The service level at is much higher than any other car rental service Ive used. B&W picked up the car from our hotel parking garage when we were done... no airport shuttles or awkward drop-off times.

We needed a car in San Francisco for a day! We read all the Yelp reviews, and decided to go with Black & White Car Rental | San Francisco. What a good thing to do . These people are exactly what you want in a car rental company. There building is clean, the cars are clean, they are polite, considerate, they are professional. I have nothing negative to report, they are simply good people to deal with.

I rented a car overnight from Black-and-White to take my family and friends to an MLS Earthquakes game in San Jose while Visiting SF. Really helpful and pleasant staff lead by Mr. Encinas. The car was in great condition and very clean. Very convenient location for pick up and drop off. Excellent experience overall.

I came to San Francisco for a business meeting and needed a car straight from the Airport. Jhoie helped me book a Mercedes E class which I find very comfortable. She also suggested a Meet&Greet service where they delivered the car and met me at the Airport. Due to my busy schedule, I was not able to return the car back to their office which is in downtown San Francisco. I called for an alternative option and lucky enough, I was able to return the car at the Airport Valet with no lines or hassle. And they had a private shuttle that dropped me off right at my curbside terminal. This company truly knows what quality service means.

First time renting with Black & White and wont be my last. Booked super last minute for a long weekend and Jhoie totally helped me out. She was able to arrange a beautiful Mercedes convertible for a great price. She was polite, professional and personable. She even drove the car to me after I arrived at the WRONG spot. Long story, but, talk about going above & beyond. She was super thorough with the explanation of all the features of the car and I felt super comfortable driving it. All in all, great experience. From 3 weeks before the trip up to the return of the car, I received very good customer service. No hidden fees. The car was in excellent condition. I was an underage driver and had no problems renting from BW Car Rentals in SF.

I planned a last minute birthday treat to Napa and decided to rent Porsche convertible for the weekend. Jhoie helped me book over the phone and had great suggestions of places to visit. Pick-up was smooth she made the terms clear so I wont get any surprise charges on my invoice later.  Vehicle inspection was thorough and very informative. One of the service I love is their complimentary after-hour drop at the Hotel Nikko since I didnt make it back in time before they closed on Sunday evening. They emailed me my invoice the next morning and informed me that the car checked in perfectly.I couldnt be happier with the new vehicle and amazing service.  Ill definitely be back!

My daughter and I spent a holiday at the Hotel Nikko for a few days and very pleased that they had a car rental company onsite. I walked in to find out about availability and walked out with a fun car that my daughter and I truly enjoyed. Renting a midsize vehicle with a quite correct price online, it gets complicated when you arrive at the agency:- the vehicle was not available so we * imposed * an upgrade to a mini cooper certainly pretty, but fortunately we were only 2 people and not 4 given the non-existent rear seat- the employee then proceeds to a copy of the credit card and manually recopies the security code on the back of the card on this same photocopy: in front of my astonishment and my questions, she informs me that it is the procedure at their place and that this photocopy will be given to other employees for archiving; note that this totally abusive procedure is imposed, it is impossible to rent a vehicle from them with a simple pre-authorization on the credit card as is usually done; in a way, you have to trust B&W when they themselves apparently dont trust their customers.To choose, I would in the future take a rental from a competitor even if it means paying more in order to avoid this risk of fraud.
