Interlaced definitely feels different than the other IT vendors Ive interacted with. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. Something that I believe makes them different is that they focus specifically on Apple-based environments. We had roughly 65 Macs, 50 iPhones, and 20 iPads. When Interlaced performed the initial on-boarding and discovery project (I think thats what they call it), they enrolled all of our devices into their management software. We were then able to see an inventory of all company assets, which was helpful.Based on my experience with their team (one Account Manager, several Help Desk engineers, and several onsite consultants), Interlaced seemed to be on top of their game. It doesnt feel like they are just waiting around but are rather being proactive, like a true Managed Services provider should be. Their billing model was also very helpful when it came to budgeting. We simply paid a per-user fee each month and then received unlimited support across the board. I know our finance team liked this model because it was easy to predict IT spend each month.I highly recommend Interlaced if you are a company that has Apple devices such as Macs, iPhones, or iPads. In the Apple space, I havent seen a company that really comes close to their level of sophistication. Five stars all the way around!
