This Barber Shop is always on time . I love the professionalism, they offered me a cold drink on a Hot day . I was also was greeted at the door . They are on top of the Covid-19 regulations . They have max two or three people in at a time makes me feel safe ! I must say this is the best barber shop I have been to, me being in San Francisco for 10 years now . I would never go anywhere else . The shop is always so Fresh & Clean . Anyways lets dive into the Hair Cut ! Man I was so impressed with the Hot Lather Shave & Texture Top they used on the neck line when we were done . I mean no barber shop dose this any more, because they are not Authentic . Lets also say I got lucky this place gets very busy . The shop always makes time for there clients all you have to do to is simply book online or call it in . I love this place, really made me feel welcome . When I came home and my wife said who cut your Hair its perfect ! that was it for me ! Thank you guys for all the attention to detail you put in !

For someone of average height, I found the chair to be very comfortable. He was sincerely concerned about my concerns and eager to assist me. The staff at this barbershop knows what theyre doing, and hes always polite when having his hair cut. I look forward to returning to this perfect location on a regular basis. It gets a big thumbs up from me!

This barber will rebook after you book ur appointment. he did it to me twice for whatever reason . the first one i booked early at 6AM got a notification that i was rebooked to 11:30 AM and then when i get there i had to wait another 30 min so i really got cut until 12:00pm . The second time i booked an appointment for 11:30AM SATURDAY and got rebooked to 11:30AM SUNDAY . not convenient at all

After going to Peoples barbershop on Polk street and paying nearly $100 for a bald face, I decided to find a different barbershop. Razos delivered a much better cut and also was less expensive then Peoples. Cant ask for more. I regret not coming here earlier.

Getting a Hair Cut is a big deal to me, i work infront of cliets day to day now via zoom meetings i can look sharp still . I will come back to this place as long as im in the BAY AREA . Id like to write a review based on their booking process. This place is pretty unprofessional with regards to how they do appointments.I tried to make a reservation on Yelp a week beforehand and was speaking to Eric or Razo, who was very nice and said I could come in on a specific date and time - Fri @ 1 pm. Then they told me I have to call to make an appointment because apparently me telling them through Yelp was not enough.When I called, they said that they were actually booked for the week (huh?), so they put me first on the wait-list and that they would call me back once they could find an experienced barber who could cut my hair at that time. I said OK.A few days go by and I havent heard a word from them. I call back and then they tell me Oh yeah we remember you. Sorry we didnt call you back. The barber that was going to cut your hair went out on vacation, and all the other ones are out on lunch so we will call you back. I decided to expand my criteria to any time on Friday or Thursday so that I could at least get someone, and they said sure they will ask and call me back.Now its literally one day before Friday and I havent received anything. Im frankly tired of having to call and receive these false promises about getting a haircut and Im pretty sure Im not getting a haircut tomorrow and have to scramble and find someone else.Point is -- this place is extremely unprofessional and inefficient with regards to booking haircuts. I simply dont have time to try to keep calling and keep getting told that theyre going to call me back, only to not get called back or given a straight/direct answer. Dont waste your time here and look somewhere else.

Great cut, gentleman responsible made sure I was happy from start to finish. I moved out of neighborhood before needing another cut unfortunately.

Called and got an appointment with Eric the same day, got a pretty standard fade with a hard line and comb over and he made it look bomb. Service was great and super friendly. Only thing is it was a bit on the pricey side ($40 with Lather and Styling), but damn was it worth it.

I wish I could give ZERO stars to this jankie spot. Do not be lulled into a false sense of thinking you have found a reasonably priced barber shop. I got a basic cut (comb over) and was charged a base price of $63!! Do yourself a favor and skip this shop and go up the street to their competitor, The House of Handsome Barbershop; at least they are modestly priced. It was too late when I noticed that I was scammed. Their menu (hung next to the front door) advertised a men’s cut at $40. Shame on you Razos and your predatory practice. Perhaps consider changing your business model...

First and foremost, the shop is very clean and welcoming. Eriks attention to detail and precision makes you not even want to look at the mirror when he is done because you know you got the best cut out there. Erik has been my barber for 3 years now, and I dont see myself getting cut by anyone else.

I got my haircut from Matt if I can remember properly hes service was great even putting on music. My only complaint is that my taper is uneven and he cut my skin Im guessing a small hiccup because my friend who is a frequent customer vouches for him
