So I have been an Allstate homeowners insuree for well over 50 years. Ive always had a great deal of trust and confidence and rarely ever had to address any real issues knowing that they were always watching out over my best interests. So recently I had cause to question the auto insurance company I had done business with for more than 50 years. I considered a number of auto insurance companies but suddenly realized how much trust I had in Allstate and called and I was fortunate to connect with an Allstate Insurance agent by the name of Allyson Bleisner. Allyson was the consummate professional respectful, courteous, considerate and extremely helpful in every which way you would hope you would be treated as a customer. Customer service is very important to me given that you can actually go anywhere and get the same products and services. Everyone has competitors. But what makes the difference is the customer service oriented employees. I asked numerous questions and still had questions so it took me a couple of days. Allyson was ever so patient and answered every last question in detail. She was prompt and extremely efficient. I had confirmations shortly after we completed our conversations via email. Thank you.
