Michelle is really awesome. My reason for seeing her was lymphatic drainage but she also worked in a bit of massage if needed and always included a conversation at the end to check in and see how I was work-wise and just in general. Even a few years later, I still keep the sheet of paper where she jotted down the question - what do you want your life to be? And I vocalized my top three goals. This influenced some major decisions I needed to make, including leaving a toxic job situation. She is a big advocate for staying hydrated and often handed me a few smart waters before leaving if she felt I needed it. She had a real impact on me and I cant recommend her enough!

Overall the experience was unpleasant. Michelle was not particularly welcoming. The massage was painful and rather than being more gentle she told me it was my fault because I don’t drink enough water 💦. I will not go back.

I had the most wonderful experience with Michelle post-surgery. I saw her 1-2x a week for about 5 weeks and each experience left me feeling like a new woman. She explained so much to me about how and why my body was feeling/acting a certain way during recovery, and addressed everything that needed attention. While I booked 2-hour sessions, I was very often there for almost 3 hours, as Michelle spent extra time working with me, and making sure I didnt lose any time going to the restroom mid-session. I never left her office without a full bag of snacks, SmartWater, and personal mixes of creams and sprays to help with recovery. I highly recommend Michelles practice if youre looking for pre/post-op lymphatic massages or just to be recharged!

Michelle is a great practitioner who reminds you to take care of yourself. She is the perfect reboot for your body. Michelle is a warm, intuitive soul who has a gift for lymphatic massage! I could noticeably feel a difference in my body from before and after the massage. Michelle has magic hands! I seriously think about them daily. Her treatment is unlike any other Ive ever had. First off she has managed to create a peaceful sanctuary in a rather chaotic building. The second you step into her office you feel at ease. She offers you delicious snacks and water before, during, and after treatment. The treatment itself is really a unique experience in that she uses all different oils for different purposes, she massages your stomach and butt (why does everyone else neglect these areas?!), and she talks with you making it more like a massage/therapy/exorcism session. Michelle was excellent! I originally booked for a lymphatic drainage massage to assist with the healing of a surgery, and I decided to add the Body Astrology as well. I learned so much about myself through the Body Astrology that I even invited my sister to a session with me so she could learn as well. The massage was also very informative about places i was carrying a lot of stress and although recovering from surgery isnt easy, the lymphatic drainage massage made my healing process quicker.

I am really grateful I was able to discover Michelles practice. I first learned of the concept from my chiropractor who told me my lymph system was congested and needed clearing and this led me to search more about how you could accomplish this and found out about lymph drainage massage. I did a yelp search and came across Michelles practice. Lymph drainage is not a typical massage, but boy did it help me. It is a very specialized practice and very different from a regular massage but it works wonders for your health and well being. Michelle will also remind you of the importance of hydration and gives her clients a bottle or two of smart water to encourage them to stay on top of that. Another thing she does is create customized aromatherapy sprays that are good for concentration, energy, illness prevention and doesnt charge extra for this which is amazing.
