I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Windsor in Mission Bay. I recently moved out of the area but If I end up back in SF, I’ll definitely be moving back to Windsor. Corina, Justin and Stephanie were all consistently helpful during my time living here. They always go above and beyond to help.

My wife and I have stayed here for almost a year now and we absolutely love it.Location : Close to 2 different Muni stops and Caltrain. There is a Ford GoBike station right across the building and Mission Creek park just a hop away (picture attached)Amenities : The home come with all the bells and whistles of a modern apartment and everything works! There is a gym and a beautiful courtyard with a BBQ to entertain family and friends.Management : This is the best part about living here. Corina and team always go above and beyond to ensure that were comfortable. A special call-out to Corina for being so friendly and helpful with everything.My rating : Ten out of Five!

I visited Mission bay by Windsor and was right away greeted by the very helpful staff in the office. We toured the property and the staff was very informative about the location, the surroundings and even introduced me to a great couple who lived there as well. The units were beautiful and had an amazing view of San Francisco my daughter couldnt take her eyes off of. I’m very excited to start my new life here in San Francisco and in Mission Bay by Windsor.

Walls are extremely poor at blocking sound from neighbors and neighbors dont respond well to noise complaints reported from the office. We have to call security to report noise complaints during quiet hours, and they dont come until an hour after calling.

I highly recommend this apartment. I spent almost 1 year at this high-end apartment with my whole family. If I get a chance to live in SF, I would like to live this apartment again.

I highly recommend MBBW. Corina (property manager) and Scott, (leasing agent) run a tight ship and are always accessible/available. The building has all the modern amenities you would want (gym, package lockers, outdoor courtyard with grills, locked bicycle storage, etc...). Most tenants are professionals so noise issues are rare. A+ place to live!

Ive lived in a lot of apartment buildings in a few different states and this has, by far, been my best experience yet. Is Mission Bay expensive? Yes (by Bay-Area standards maybe not) but you get: excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment grounds, pet-friendly building with elevators for older pets that cant make it up stairs, and a relatively safe neighborhood. Since the Windsor takeover I have had an excellent experience working with Corina on renewing my lease and adopting a dog and putting him on my lease (very reasonable pet-rent addition) and all the Windsor staff has always been professional and courteous. Thanks MBBW staff!

Agree that the one of the best parts about living here is the incredibly helpful team / staff ever since taking over from the previous management company. Constant improvements, eagerness to help and quick turnarounds... highly recommend. Thank you.

Moving to a new place can be quite stressful, and it does require a lot of planning and preparation. This has been one of my best move-in experiences ever! Justin, the property manager, is very professional and helpful. He made it all easy and simple during the application process and the move.The building is very clean. Parking is easily accessible and super convenient. The location is great with Caltrain and Muni nearby. The Giants stadium is three blocks away and the Warriors arena is a 20-minute walk.The building has a gym. There are a couple of basketball courts, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a small park, a dog park, and a beautiful, paved trail right next to the canal that leads to the Giants stadium and beyond to the Embarcadero... all within a block!

Corina and Justin are probably two of the most genuine, caring people our there -- not only are they awesome leasing agents, but in a nutshell they really are just great people + advocates of residents. They are a rarity -- especially at rental properties. Just one of many reasons that make the MBBW experience awesome.

Mission Bay by Windsor has been amazing!! The apartments are really nice, the building is super conveniently located (next to the caltrain, dog park, and safeway), and the gym, courtyard, and facilities are all super great too. Corina (the property manager) is super great--shes so friendly, nice, and always down to help or just chat! The staff and people are definitely one of the best parts-- the community is great and the staff is super helpful--any maintenance requests are taken care of efficiently and fun community events happen every month!

Windsor management has been totally unhelpful in resolving noise complaints over many months of documented issues.The management team, when they respond, gives placating responses to our noise complaints but Ive never seen improvement. Based on this experience over several months, I dont recommend this apartment - especially when you consider how many similar apartments are in Mission Bay.Im definitely moving out as soon as I can!!**January 31, 2018 update to Owners response below**- The response from Owner below is a typical answer of the noise complaints Ive submitted over the last 6 months with no improvement.- My advice to look elsewhere for housing still stands.

Mission Bay by Windsor was our home for 2 years. The property management is fantastic (much better than previous owner), and we were very sad to say goodbye.

The living space is lovely and spacious, and the staff here is easily the most helpful Ive ever experienced in a living community. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

My girlfriend and I came in 360 Berry Street to inquire about an apartment. There were two blond girls working. One of them had no idea what she was doing and the other one was extremely rude. I really liked the building so it was a shame that we had a negative experience.

Love it here! Located really close to caltrain, muni & an easy uber call away from anywhere I need to be. The complex is new and really clean. There is a valet trash service every night that is really convenient. (Didnt think I needed it, but I actually love it). My favorite thing about this place is the staff. These people really care about the residents here and go out of their way to make sure it feels like home. I appreciate that they get to know residents names and have real conversations with us. Kudos to Windsor!
