Our pick up from SFO was seamless and John was really nice and helpful. On our return our driver cancelled our 9am collection at 6am, luckily phoning customer services helped, they quickly provided a superb Uber replacement with no delays.

Excellent efficient service from San Francisco airport to Hotel Rex, we were given clear instructions by email and text.We knew who our driver was and what he would be driving as soon as we booked in the UK and the service was exactly the same booking from the US.Would recommend this service based on the cost and quality of service.

I have used wingz for airport transportation a couple times a month for the last two and half years. I have been delighted. My two favorite drivers and I know all about each others kids, hobbies, etc. They are always reliable and get me there on time.I tried the Lyft prearranged rides once and the driver didnt show up--my wife had to rush me to the airport at the last minute.

This review is for their current website. It is not user friendly. Real problems with signing in. Created a new account with different email address. Still wouldnt take the password. It would help to require the password be typed in twice for a new password. Once in the help window there is no way to get back to the home page. I have used them before about a year ago. I was great. Super easy to book. What happened??? I did keep at and eventually got it to work.

We will not be using Wingz again. A driver overslept last week and our guest had to call Uber to get to the airport. This morning, on a hunch, I checked my email and the driver cancelled 15 mins before a pick up. Uber wasnt available and we had to scramble to get our guest to the airport on time. Horrible horrible service.

Polite and safe drivers!

Takes your money....does not show up....sends email in the middle of the night with cancellation...never calls the contact number to inform you there is no driver available...then keeps your money for 7-10 business days. Customer service like none other...not a compliment!
