Never again flying with them. All the staff, literally all the staff is rude. We flew from SF, to Denver, to Cancun. The sits DO NOT recline, and have no cushion. Butts get sore from sitting, you better have your own cushions lol. I asked for water and they were going to charge me for it... Seriously. On our flight back I believe it was flight 667 from Denver to SF we found the only attendant that was nice, her name is Tasia, she went above and beyond to try to help us. Only reason Im giving 1 star, the airline deserves google to add the 0 star option.
By far the worst traveling experience yet and the worst airline in the skies. They should be grounded.Two times the cancelled my flight after arriving at the airport, no compensation for my lost hotels, travel time and Uber fees. Customer service is terrible and based over seas and don’t do anything to help, just say I’m sorry over and over. Fly anyone else but them!

But crossing the board, extending U to other field where there is full of fresh air (much) different. 🛫 Frontier Airliner, basically speaking, almost same as the other domestic Air Companies in the U.S.A..🛫 According to my experience, cheaply priced, based on unsufficient equipments but clean & fresh enough about the interior. If mind not, prepare some elctronicals or foods & drinks by oneself, for example, cellur phone with radio...enjoy the trip.🎈
I flew from Sacramento, CA to Las Vegas, NV and vise versa. Both trips were packed to the fullest.. Arm-to-arm with strangers and no social distancing was in effect. On the trip to Sacramento, CA the crew on board was conversating loudly and were the only ones talking in the plane while most of the passengers was trying to sleep and rest peaceful on their flight. Made arrangements with frontier to get a gate pass so that I can escort my son to his waiting father who is landing in San Francisco for pickup at the terminal they are going to fly out of. they refused to give me the gate pass and our sons ticket. Instead of this child transfer going smoothly his father had to go to the desk himself and raise hell and then go back through security wasting time that could have been better spent with his son . The seats don’t recline, you have to pay to bring a carry on, and there is no tv monitors. It was pretty much a ghetto airline. I wondered why the flight was so much cheaper than the rest/ and now I know. Definitely do not recommend if you have infant in arms. Not being able to recline was making his the flight from hell. However it was CHEAP!
Please for the love of God do not book any flights no matter how long or how short through this airlines they do not have any charge port there seats are so uncomfortable they should give you a ticket to go see the chiropractor afterwords their flight attendants are the rudest people I have ever met your complementary water is warm, curried you to love yourself and pay a little more put a lot more and have a much better flight experience with I have the movie screens in the back of the chairs were if you’re allowed to recline the seat let me tell you that they made an announcement over the whole entire plane that the people in the front seat needed to own recline their chairs first of all those are the only ones that could go back in the fact that they made them sit back up is ridiculous they hate their customers they hate the passengers for booking the flights they’re going to tell you to sign up with some stupid program you get 40,000 travel miles blah blah blah but their planes are from the 1920s and I don’t even know if planes were there back then but that’s where the error there from do better frontier do better customers don’t ever do this to be a one-time experience for everybody do you see they got the highest rated one star rating
I try very hard not to leave bad reviews because it do get some things are out of a companies control. Feel you should know how your poor service affects your customers. A 2 hour flight delay with nothing sooner. Its my birthday and I had dinner reservations with my family tonight. I had to travel last minute for work so now you delaying my flight with no notification until I get to the airport is just disappointing. I had to cancel my birthday reservation we had for several weeks and cant change the time. Not only that but the lady checking me in was texting on her personal phone as she was checking me in which is not great customer service. I paid for my flight ticket. Had to pay for my seat and pay for my luggage if I carry it on or check it. I will not be flying with you airline again. I will pay extra to use another airline. I used to always use frontier but your service has really gone down hill.
They will cancel last minute on you, not offer you alternatives, no partners, you only choice will be a week or two delay in travel plans or refund. You’ve been warned... just check BBB and other reviews. Happened to us twice in a row. On the way there and back. I couldn’t run a worse business if I tried. Hard to believe from an official airline but I think it’s a scam since everyone seems to have same complaint.
Ok where do I begin my flight was set to leave at 8: 15 a. M. It was delayed until 10 then delayed until 11 then delayed until 12 and then delayed until 1 until finally all of us passengers was crowded around the ticket agent and demanded answers at which point the flight was finally cancelled we were not accommodated and we were just left to fend for ourselves not a good customer experience I totally would not recommend flying with Frontier Airlines not a good customer experience at all. I was only offered a flight with a Denver 14-hour layover to reimburse me for my flight the next three days later and I also was charged an extra $100 to get a flight going straight to my destination I would never ever fly this Airlines again and I would not totally recommend this to anyone
The worst airline I’ve ever seen. I had a 20” luggage and a handbag. Before I aboard, I asked them if I can check my luggage in at the gate like other airlines since my luggage was very heavy. The girl didn’t answer my question, she just told me I have to pay $60 for my 20’ Luggage because they don’t allow the second carry on bag. I asked her how about other passenger’s bags as I had seen a lot people carried their multi bags in. She said they might probably had paid their bags. Excuse me? Probably? I have never heard any other airlines let their passenger to pay a carry on bags. And I did see they let other passengers to pay their bags. I paid the money at that time. But I have to tell here, don’t use them!!!!!!

Since I do not understand English well. firstly changed the landing of the flight. because of this, I could not get on my flight. They changed my flight ticket. Thanks for this. But I asked how is the luggage. My baggage flew away. They replied that I could pick up in Sacramento. Arrived contacted the customer service. since the frontier has no luggage compartment. I was told to come in the morning. Came in the morning, but they do not work. Somehow, through an interpreter, I reached the Sacromento airport service. They said that they were not there. work tomorrow. and I have a flight in the evening to another state. !!!! I will no longer use their service.
Terrible customer service. Long lines to check in with only 2 persons at the counter. No early check in. The worst airline to flight. After paying for seats, luggage and cabin service with no TV and Music you will end paying same as other airlines. Save money but get stress with a boring trip. NEVER will flight Frontier.
HORRIBLE! All I have to say is...Thank GOD we landed. Pilot definitely needs more training. Thankful I was only on a short flight. Passengers thought the pilot would miss the runway and land in the water. Felt like he had no control over the plane ✈️ kept swaying from side to side along with turbulence that made it that much scarier. They charge for everything so don’t expect free peanuts or anything. Unorganized check in, loading and take off.
I never leave bad reviews for companies knowing that as a business manager myself, people have good and bad days and some things are out of a companies control,...however, I cannot believe the manipulative and inconsiderate nature if this company. I purchased a last minute round trip flight through Frontier and set a reminder to check-in 24 hours before my flight. As I went through the online process the continue link would not process. I tried restarting my phone and deleting cookies then tried through my laptop when I got home and it would not work...I could not complete my check-in. So I called the number provided on the website and a lady told me that she could not check me in, that it HAD to be done online. So she resent me my flight confirmation email. I tried again on my way to the airport this morning to no avail and decided to call again to see if someone could help me. The lady on the phone told me she would help walk me through the process...YAY!.....but after about 45 minutes on the phone with her, she said that everything was good to go and that I now had an outstanding balance of $406.00!!! I asked her what this charge was for seeing as I had already purchased my flights and she said it was because I have a checked bag and one carry-on (my laptop)!! $406 dollars for putting a suitcase on a plane!!! She tried to tell me it was total for the baggage on the return flight as well...as though that was supposed to make me feel better ($203 each way for a suitcase) it cost me more to fly my suitcase to Vegas than myself! I told her that was unacceptable and that I needed to talk to a supervisor and she tried to see if she could bring the cost down. She told me that it was more expensive to do it over the phone than to do it online and I told her, AGAIN, that i was unable to complete it online....she then came back on and said that she could drop it down to $76.00 each way to which I asked again to speak to a supervisor. She then told me that there was nothing else she could do and was disconnecting the call. So I get to the airport and I go to the check-in counter where the lady there told me that because I didnt check-in online, the cost to check a bag at the counter was $50 each way and there was absolutely nothing she could do about it and that I should have added the bag at the check-in online or when I purchased the ticket. She was totally disconnected, disinterested and indifferent about helping me. Now, I fly a LOT....my family is spread throughout the US and I travel for work and Military. NEVER have I been charged an absurd amount of money for a checked bag!....most of the tickets I purchase come complete with 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. The carry-on bags are ALWAYS free and the most I have EVER been charged for a checked bag is $25.So, NO, I will NEVER fly with this company again...I will not allow my company to purchase flights from this company again and I will assure my friends and family never purchase a flight from this company again. This company is slimy using cheaper flight tactics with MAJOR hidden and inflated charges. I felt sick to my stomach boarding that plane....the absurdity of how I was treated....I felt like they tried to trick me I to paying $406, brought it down to $76 each way ($152 total) then still charged me $50 each way at the terminal......SLIMY!! HORRIBLE Tactics!
I would not recommend this airline. They make you pay for carry-ons, pay to select even a basic seat, have non-reclining seats with zero lumbar support, and make you pay for any beverage on the flight, even club soda. Make a wise decision and fly any other airline instead.

Eyes can deceive, so read the fine print. Bargain prices until you add up all the petty extra fees for luggage depending upon size, seating, upgrades, etc. Still, it usually ends up much less than most airlines. Water is free on the plane, but thats it. Great airline for herding people from one place to another.
They charge you for everything, seats, carry on luggage, check on luggage, and probably more! If you need to refund on your tickets, good luck. I booked a flight with them for the first time and needed to change my tickets or get a refund and they charged me a full price per ticket for cancelation fees. The only credit I got was the $150 in luggage and seat fees...terrible airlines..
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Both flights were awful!!! First flight got cancelled when other airlines were coming and going with no problem so defiantly not due to weather and then I was expected to be on standby for a flight for two days!! No food or hotel vouchers. Second flight was delayed by an hour and then we didn’t start boarding for another hour. When I went to sit in my seat, used tissue paper was in the front pocket. What were they doing for an hour!? Defiantly not cleaning. Like I said, the “cheap” tickets are not worth it! Spend the extra money for a different airline! I do not wish anyone the same awful experience I had twice!
If I could give zero stars, I would.This has been the worst plane experience I have ever had. When I got onto the plane, one of the flight attendants thought it would be funny to point out that I was lucky to be the front of the plane because the seats past the wing, if the engine fell off, those people would die in the crash. I showed her my connecting flight - row 33, and she said I would be dead. The pilot then announced that they thought there was minor engine problems but it seemed to be resolved and we should make it there one piece and that he expected a rough flight. I got off the plane. The flight attendant at the front of the plane then said I would have to wait until luggage was returned from Cancun because they would not hold up the flight just for me and “my issues.” After I got off the plane, the woman at the ticket counter asked me “what my problem was” and walked me to my luggage, pointed at the 7 carousels in the airport and said that my luggage would come out soon, but she didnt know which carousel. She didnt wait with me. My luggage didnt come out and I got someone from Alaskan Airlines to help me. When I got home, I called Customer Relations and someone named Rose somehow made by bad experience worse - she said that nothing I experienced was documented on the flight manifest so she couldnt do anything for me. I did get full credit for my ticket price, but I must book a new flight within the next 90 days. I will never fly Frontier again. I am going to post this review on every site. No one should be treated so bad.
Terrible customer service. No one can really talk nice or show respect to customers. I got a flight delay for 3 hours, only to found out that the whole plane lost their checked baggage. EVERY passenger in my flight cannot get their checked baggage 1 hour after the flight landing at 1am. The representative here cannot even know what is going on. We are still waiting for the baggage as I am writing this review.Never, ever, again I will fly Frontier!!!

Missed my flight because there was no one freaking working in the check in counter! Called frontier and experienced literally one of the rudest representatives Ive ever dealt with and got booked on a courtesy flight for the next day, charging me 99 extra dollars and 24 hours of my time waiting for their next flight. This airline is a straight up joke. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE. I had the worst experience and am still living it. I originally had a flight from SFO to dulles with a connection in Denver. Tuesday was the day I was supposed to leave then I keep getting emails that my flight is delayed and when I called them the lady said if you get on this plane then you will miss your connecting flight from Denver to Dulles because the flight to denver is delayed and the only next available flight is on Thursday. I take the Thursday flight. As my husband and I arrive at the airport we are told our 10:33am flight is now delayed to 11:20am. We get on the plane and we are on the runway until 12pm. Once we reach denver at 2:45 they are on the runway until 3:28pm. My connecting flight from Denver to Dulles was planned to depart by 3:45 and was scheduled for them to close the plane doors by 3:30. By the time I get off the plane the doors for my connecting flight closed. I called Frontier and they said there is no flight to Dulles, Reagan or even Baltimore airport and that the next flight is on Sunday where its the same flight to denver then dulles. They didnt provide a hotel voucher or anything for us to be in Denver for 2 days. The only option they had was to either rebook and refund the money where then you are responsible for buying yourself a new plane ticket. Mind you last minute tickets especially last day ones are about 1000 dollars a person. Also I am a full time college student and cannot afford to be in a state where I am not a resident along with staying at a hotel for 2 days. So I asked them take me back to Sfo so I can stay with my parents and book me on the next flight to Dulles. The soonest flight they have is Sunday. I had to fly back to SFO and on my SFO flight we were on the runway for 1 whole hour and this truck drove up to the plane and it pulled out a water pipe then started washing the plane wings. We arrived 50 minutes late to SFO. Also the bags that were on the flight from Sfo to Denver when I tried going to Dulles. Turns out none of those bags made it to Dulles airport that night so we ended up gettings our bags back and they expect us to pay again for our carry on and checked bag on Sunday. When we were at Denver heading back to SFO they changed our gate 4 times. Never again flying with frontier this is a complete joke. They deserve to get shutdown. Do yourselves a favor do not give in to low prices on Frontier go on legitimate airlines like Alaska or Delta they will not waste your time. I have a job and a life in Dulles and due to frontier being selfish i am not allowed to go back to work because I am still here in San Francisco.
This is 1 of the worst airlines to fly on. Even if you bring a small personal item, they eyeball it and pull you from boarding to assert a fee equivalent to 20% of your ticket price ($45 for a personal item). Let your money do the talking and do not fly this terrible customer service airline.

Your airline is terrible. On our red eye flight to CLE we sat in the plane for over an hr before we took off. I wouldn’t normally mind but your seats are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had the displeasure of sitting in. No padding, narrow, 1 inch arm rests, and the inability to recline make for a miserable experience. I had made my peace with that experience but now on our return flight to SFO we landed have spent more than an hr again on the tarmac waiting for a terminal. What a terrible experience. I will heartily dissuade everyone I know from using your service.
Im sitting in SFO right now with a NO NOTICE 4 hour delayed flight which screws me for my connection in Vegas, theres ONE person working their counter RIGHT NOW with about 65 people in line, each person is taking 15 minutes to deal with. Im NEVER flyingFrontier again. HORRIBLE.

Absolutely awful experience. Customer service is terrible. While I am not a geography expert, help me understand why my flight was initially booked out of my home town/city (in Northern California) and rebooked from a city at least 6.5 hours away in Southern California.
To start the flight was delayed.. the pilot looked exhausted. The staff seemed... miserable. They were at their job because they have to be type of vibe. The seats are hard plastic covered with a pleather liner. Not comfortable at all. The plane was dirty, there were snacks on the floor (not provided by airline unless you buy them). Must pay extra to take a carry-on luggage. Do anything to avoid this airline. It was a terrifying flight. Avoid if long flight, avoid if its a short flight. Just avoid.You are only offered water while on board. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Do not ever sign up for Frontier or discount Den they will annually charge your credit card and there is absolutely no way to cancel the membership. You cant even use the word scam because that is too generous for the awful deceitful system these awful people have set up
Frontier is the worse airline I have ever flown. Not only was my flight delayed for 6 hours, they lost my luggage. Ive been calling the numbers they gave me and no answer. The phone keeps ringing and no answer. It is so frustrating to deal with this airline. Poor communication and poor customer service. I will never fly this airline again, no matter how cheap they are. Avoid this airline. Not worth it.
I would never fly frontier again and not suggest it to anyone. But i got what i paid for when going with a cheap alternative airline. The people at check-in did not arrive until one hour before my flight was suppose to leave. And i should say person because there was ONLY one person checking in a long a** line of pple. Luckily i came 2.5 hrs early and was 4th or 5th in line. Never again.
Hello Frontier,I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with your services. Not only did we find out after we booked that we are charged for check in baggage but also CARRY ONS which would have added $120 to our fare. Also, our flight was delayed on the way there once and twice on the way back causing us to have to buy another night at a hotel and miss getting home to our kids putting us in extreme difficulty and frustration finding last second extended care, expense, and hotel expense. I called every step of the way, was put through myriad phone robot channels to speak with someone, and when someone finally did answer, there was no assistance other than, sorry, thats our policy, sorry, its the TSAs fault, and sorry, theres nothing we can do and no one to speak with. Both my husband and I work in hospitality and found it incredibly disheartening to find there was absolutely no customer service whatsoever with Frontier. Not only was it difficult to connect with a live person on the phone without agreeing to cancel or change a reservation for more money, but once we finally did, we received no help. Traveling within the US, within a set budget, should not be such a difficult task, but in the case, was not only difficult, but rendered us away from our children for a full extra night and day, having to spend a large sum of money at a hotel at the last second, and then almost not making our final flight due to the lack of staff at the Frontier bag drop at the airport even though we arrived with ample time. I am taking the time here to leave you this note, not with the expectation for any compensation, knowing that its not the way this airline operates, but so that hopefully a live person with some sort of investment in the company or care about their job and customer experience will receive this and work to better the customer experience. Regrettably, we will not be traveling with Frontier again. Extremely frustrated with the deception of lower airfare upon purchase only to find all forms of baggage are charged at a high price at check in, to severely lacking customer service and disregard to the customer experience overall.
Cancellation policy it terrible. Paid for two flights going to charge me $198 to cancel but give me a credit of $36 to fly anywhere I want but I have to book within 90 days. I would of been ok with 1/2 but now they can Keep the $$ wont deal with them anymore. People dont waste your time, book with someone else.
Showed up 3 hours prior to departure and waited in line just to drop off bags for over an hour. All 4 of their kiosks were broken and they only had one poor girl working the counter trying to do bag check in and ticketing. Less than 2 hrs to departure and still no gate listed for our flight either. Worst. Airline. Will never fly Frontier again.
DONT FLY WITH FRONTIER. Bought the Works package for our trip and got the exact opposite. Terrible counter service, long lines, no early bag check, smelly planes, etc. The only things free with Frontier are water and water. No one will be smiling traveling with this carrier.

Frontier is the worst airline I have ever flown. They have never left on time. I recently had to wait 3 hours for them to get and replace a part. They said it was on time until 5 minutes before boarding. They have chairs that do not recline and are less comfortable than a folding chair.
Sitting on tarmac now. Flight was supposed to leave at 12:30AM. Its now almost 4AM. Crummy everything. Sad that Ive got to fly back on this joke of an airline, but Ill NEVER use Frontier again.
