Wow!! From now on I will become a regular customer of this company for the air duct cleaning service. Was so impressed with the whole process and can tell you its totally worth it! The repair guy showed up when he was supposed to, very friendly, told me what needed to be done and set to work. He cleaned out our ducts and vents and boy there was a lot of stuff there. Absolutely happy with the result and would recommend them to my friends and family.

They are very professional and careful on our projects, to make sure things are protected while there working. Top quality work. We could feel the difference after their work. He scheduled me at such a short notice, because I was is a hurry to move in. The technician cleaned my carpet was very thorough and did a great job. The technician called me the day of the appointment and said he could not come. I found out he chose to do another more important commercial job and left me hanging. No apology, no attempt to reschedule. Then when I called the dispatcher - Ricky - he was rude and said his phone log did not show any technician called me. Then he said the technician could still come but could not give me a definite time a technician would come out or if would come out at all. Vague answers and did not want to identify the technician who dropped the ball. Wasted most of my day since I waited at home for the appointment which never happened. The dispatch system could not even show that the technician called me in the morning or who called. Worst company I have dealt with. Avoid them, they have no idea of customer service or keeping their appointments.

The techs did an amazing job. Cleaning my ducts and dryer vent were done promptly and perfectly. They even found a potential issue with my supply registers and put me in touch with people who could fix the problem. I highly would recommend to any and everyone Krystal Air Duct Cleaning Inc!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE.If I could give negative stars, I would. I initially chose Krystal Air Duct Cleaning because of the positive reviews & proximity to my home. When I called the phone number listed, the person who answered didn’t speak clearly and I had to ask if I had reached Krystal Air Duct Cleaning. She confirmed that I had, and proceeded to tell me about their pricing: $39/service charge, $35/vent and $65/return air duct. I scheduled our cleaning for a Wednesday and received an email from “Faciliserve” confirming that my job had been booked with Krystal Air Duct Cleaning. Only my address and the $39 service fee was stated in the email.The awful experience started when the technician tried to come on the wrong day, then showed up 4 hours late on the correct day, and gave me an entirely different/higher set of pricing ($49/wall vent, $69/Return Air). I was completely caught off guard and should have cancelled the service, but he seemed knowledgeable and was willing to negotiate closer to the prices that I was quoted, so I allowed him to clean our ducts. He did NOT use drop cloths, his vacuum stirred up huge clouds of dust and debris during the cleaning (which seemed very rushed and not thorough), the hose left scratches in our wood floor, and he did not clean up afterwards. When he was done, he told me that his company is “networked” with Krystal and that they’re called in when Krystal is too busy to take on the job. I paid the bill and thanked him for his time, but in the end, I believe I got substandard service at a premium price.Lessons learned...- ALWAYS confirm the company name and the name of person who will be performing the service.- ALWAYS ask for a confirmation of pricing and your appointment details in writing/email.- ALWAYS ask the technician to verify their name/company and pricing.- ALWAYS decline or cancel service if you don’t get straight answers to the above.

When I spoke with them, they were professional and explained the whole process thoroughly. Their whole team really knows how to provide great customer service! Highly recommend.

I had a very nice experience with the Krystal Air Duct Cleaning. The three man team arrived on time, introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got right to work. They were very cordial and polite during the two hours time of working on my system. They used drop cloths on the floor where the vacuum tubing was laid in the house and when they left the whole system including the areas where they were working was white glove clean! Thanks for a great job done very efficiently!
