Ive been using Northstar for 2 years now, previously for AC repair work and most recently for plumbing. They are professional to work with and with the most recent plumbing issues, were able to expedite and get me an earlier appointment. With all of their repairs they offer quotes depending on what type of work you like to get done (e.g. just minimum repair, or replace certain parts). Their work comes with warranty and they have been great at following up on services performed whenever issues arise. I trust their work and highly recommend their service.

Called them up to come do some maintenance on the AC on our new condo. I was given an appointment, and called before the appointment that Chris would be over in about an hour by Katie the dispatcher. I told her that I was at work and would need a 20 minute head start to head home. She said of course, and sure enough called me that Chris would be finishing up his job soon and was giving me the heads up. I got to my property as Chris was pulling in. He did a great job inspecting and explaining what the AC needs or didnt. I was impressed overall with the company because they help me use my time wisely and didnt keep me waiting, and I will definitely keep using them in the future for all my HVAC needs. Service like theirs is hard to find.

I recently needed to get my furnace serviced/replaced and attempted to contact several local companies. None would pick up or return my calls. I eventually contacted Northstar after I saw several recommendations on Facebook. Northstar was very responsive, and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Katie kept me informed throughout the process. I elected to get a new furnace installed, and the installers Mario and Tony were able to get the job done quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

Technician Sergio was the bomb!!...he explained everything step by step of what he was doing and what he was about to do during the whole repair process...I would definitely recommend Northstar to my friends and family and would definitely use them for my future A/C repair needs

Had a pleasant experience with Northstar. From the front offices affable receptionist to the techs who showed up. Theyre approach seems to be people persons here without compromising levels of professionalism. I didnt feel I was being sold something, which was nice. Even when I decided to hold off for a bit, their attitude of helpfulness did not sway. Thats what I appreciated the most and why I decided to go with these guys when I was ready to go forward and replace my AC. Thanks, guys.

Amazing service! I was able to schedule a visit right away on a Saturday. Both technicians were informative, professional, and friendly. They looked at my thermostat which I thought had a problem, but there was nothing wrong. They graciously waived the fee, and changed my filter. I will be calling them from now on!

Northstar (Ivan) came out to fix our air conditioner this morning. He was on time, polite and most of all he was honest. I was referred to him from a neighbor and I am so glad I took their advice. He explained what he was checking as he did the diagnostic and then fixed it promptly. DO Y OUR SELF A FAVOR- Take this referral from me. They do it right with no bull*&^T

My roof was leaking from pouring rain. My brand new AC needed to be sealed. Why did they wait10 days to come out to seal it properly! but they could have come out the 29th. It wasn’t raining But instead they came out January 5th! It had left a big mess in room, stain in ceiling.. I do not recommend this business. Slow to come out. I mean really? 10 days later. called them the 28th of December, is what she told me and they weren’t available then, from what owner emailed me, that, it will take some time, So I had to suffer. Had to deal horrible musty smell got sick! If they would have come out right away, it wouldn’t have happened. Thanks!name not on it but I’m the one who had to suffer because of your untimely manner.

Im very satisfied with the quality of work Northstar did for our home. We had to shut the water off where my elderly grandmother lives, and they came out right away to assess our needs. Juan was professional, gave me a precise description of what needed to be fixed, and was in & out in a few hours. After they left you couldnt tell they were even there. He also gave me a great recommendation for a restoration company to take care of our water damage which I appreciate greatly. I wont hesitate to call Northstar again.

Still isnt fixed, water still comes out slow in the back shower! Why pay when its the same

My previous AC company went out of business and was left with a worthless maintenance contract. Northstar called and offered to honor that contract. Doug came out a few days later, checked everything out and told me I had one more free inspection/repair. Very professional and will renew my contract at expiration. Great job!!

These guys are great!! Quick and easy and reliable. I live in Corona and called these guys to help me out on my rental while I was out of town. Very reasonably priced. Call them first and you won’t be disappointed.

Water heater wasn’t working, so through “Home Advisor”, this company was recommended. I told Jessica I needed the water heater replaced today (this was at 1:30 pm.) I got a rough quote quickly, (which I approved) and was told a service tech would be at my place between 2:00 and 4:00pm. Beshad (I hope I’m spelling his name right... if not, I apologize) and Jose arrived at 4 and proceeded to remove and replace the water heater. Beshad also replaced an old roof vent pipe. Both Beshad and Jose we’re very polite and professional and the work was accomplished in a timely manner. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Excellent service ! I have been with this company since May 2018. They show up on time, are clean efficient and knowledgeable. They take time to explain the needed service. Honesty is a must with me and this company has proved itself on the first visit, Doug, the most recent technician, continued the excellent service. Explaining and demonstrating failures. Ok I knew this failure ahead of time, but it was nice to know he was ok

Norstar company is fantastic company as far as service and pricing professional and friendly staff. They’ve done a few jobs for me and my friends and we are absolutely happy to have them in our contacts.

Repairman came in and went up in the attic for a few minutes and then came down and told me that the capacitor and the blower fan was not working and the whole furnace should be replaced. Told me it would cost at least $1700 to fix. Ended up getting a second opinion and found out that the blower motor does work, just a bad sensor. Second repairman said that the first repairman disconnected everything up there. Totally unacceptable. A job I was told that would cost at least $1700 ended up costing me $140.
