Sam with his 3 workers (Mike, Hector, and new guy) did an amazing job at my condo. My landlord replaced the entire system. Where to begin! We barely moved in to our house and had our AC running good for the first week. Mind you Im 9 months pregnant. On the very first heat way of the year our AC decided to stop working. We called several companies but they all either didnt answer or said they would call us back. My husband got in touch with Western and they were super professional and gave us a timeline (which was pretty exact). The owner came out to check out the unit and was so courteous and not only did he fix the problems but he showed my husband what to look for plus what he should be doing to help maintain. Very honest person because he didnt have a filter due to the size but he just told my husband how to do it and my husband went out bought it based on his direction and voila! I would hands down recommend them to anyone who needs AC repair! We will definitely have them company for maintenance before the winter. Definitely recommend to friends and family

Our air conditioner broke last August during the hottest weekend. Every company I called had a waiting list before they would even come out to give an estimate. When I called this company after hours on a Friday, Sam, the owner answered and he had a crew come out on Saturday to replace our aging air conditioner and furnace. His workers were hard-working, respectful, and they got the job done in a day. The new unit works beautifully, and it was a job well done. Excellent prices. They are a small company and very motivated to provide excellent customer service. I just had them come out to do the yearly service and they called to let me know that they were running a little late, which of coarse is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I love Western Air Mechanical!!I had Western Air Mechanical come out to look at my 80 yr old Moms failed AC unit and give us a second opinion on it after a FAR LESS reputable Glendora HVAC shop (Named after a type of tree) said she required a whole new AC system. The other AC company tried to tell us it was completely fried. They sent me pictures of burn marks on the fan motor and said the compressor and fan were both seized. They gave us four bids ranging from $9800-$10,600.00 for a full AC system replacement. They were going to take advantage of her! SO NOT COOL!!!!Then Sam and his team at Western Air Mechanical came to out and gave us a real assessment of her system. In a few short minutes, they changed the capacitor and her system was back at work keeping her cool!! All in a NO-Contact manner to protect her health during this COVID crisis.I can not recommend Sam and his team enough!!! They are HONEST, Trust worthy and now have a customer for life! I called Western Air Mechanical for an air conditioning repair service after having used them once before years ago. They came out for the initial inspection for $59 and we scheduled the service for 11am the following day. They were a no-call no-show for our appointment. I called them and they were mildly apologetic and made excuses about it taking longer to get a part. A phone call would have been appreciated as being home during the week requires missed work or special arrangements for most people. Furthermore, we were verbally quoted a price for the part and service at the time of inspection, but upon speaking to them the following day they nearly doubled the price... Not sure if the tech. misspoke but it was frustrating. We decided to cut our losses on the inspection fee and go with another company. The other company turned out to be more reliable, professional, and about $200 cheaper. I would recommend looking elsewhere for AC repair.

We just bought our house and, of course, during the first heat wave our central AC crapped out on us. We called so many places and were given the run around with promises to arrive same day only to have them cancel last minute.After a sleepless night we called Western Air first thing in the morning just based on their reviews alone. They made sure to check their availability first rather than give us an empty promise. When Singh (the technician) arrived he was very polite, very patient, and very informative.The repairs we required were costly, but Singh walked us through each and every step as to why it was necessary. He also noted we needed a new filter. He did not have the specific size filter on him but rather than charge us a fee to go get the materials and do it himself, he offered to show me just how easy it would be to replace it myself (and it was ridiculously easy) which saved me money in the end.Singh went above and beyond anything we expected and we cannot recommend this company enough. They are now our go-to for our heating and cooling needs.

What can I add that everyone else hasnt? Great company! Like so many others, I found Western Air Mechanical on Yelp, after bad experiences with two other A/C companies. My system failed on a 100 degree plus Saturday afternoon. I called, and Sam was out in no time, checked it, and sadly, RIP A/C (it was easily 20 years old, so no great surprise!) Sam worked with me on an affordable system with a good brand (Trane) unit, and by Tuesday, I had a new system installed. His team, particularly Jose and Kulwant, did a great job with the installation, which included a Nest thermostat. Sam checked in regularly to be sure everything was working, and the install was going well.But the drama didnt end here. It turned out I had a bad blockage in my condensation line; Sam was back, we worked out what to do, and Kevin came out a couple days later to resolve the condensation line problem. Everything is now working wonderfully. Again, after it was done, Sam checked in, made sure everything is working well, and that I was happy. Few business owners both with that at all, much less at the level Sam did.Sam and his team (and theyre all equally good) did a terrific job on a complicated job, and my condo is cool once again. All through the process, they explained things to me and answered my questions, which I really appreciated. Best of all, Im delighted with my new A/C. Thanks to Sam, Jose, Kulwant and Kevin!
