Crazy expensive. Only time Ive gone there was for a single tires mount balance. It was over $100 due to charging method. It was as if they had three different people working on it and then charged for an hour for each person or something they couldnt explain to me how a single tire mountain balance could get over to $100.Cannot recommend

I use this Firestone Complete Auto Care to keep my car in great shape. With a lifetime alignment to go with my tires, they see me every 3,000 miles to keep me rolling.I stopped by today on a whim, and they were quite busy. However, I was able to make an appointment for later in the week which works for both of us...and I was in and out in 5 minutes.Go see Jay and/or Sandy and theyll take great care of you.

Nico is awesome!!!! I called in a pinch because my tires were a thousand miles too bald and Nico had the tires transferred from another location within a few hours. In addition, he stayed an hour and a half after closing for the job. I sincerely appreciate the amazing customer service and great prices. Definitely recommend!

Ive been coming to this location for years, whether it be for a free tire rotation or for a major service. They are always able to get me taken care of in a timely manner and their prices are more than fair. Nico has always kept me informed of all services that need to be done to keep my cars running in top condition. Sandy has put together a top notch team and I will continue to take all my cars, and refer friends and family, to this location. They even offer great payment options to help spread out the bill to manageable payments (interest free!).

We had one of our cars break down at 5 AM on w weekday morning. We had an earlier experience with this location that was very positive, so we had there care towed to this location. To say that they went above and beyond is a massive understatement, They diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimate that was far less than we had expected, made additional safety checks for us, and had the car finished on time and slightly UNDER the quoted price. Sandy, the gentleman who took care of us, was so kind, helpful, and friendly. PLEASE NOTE: This is a new Firestone location, as they bought our the company that owned it before. Also, there is another Firestone location a stones throw away, and I have no knowledge of their performance. The location I am reviewing shares a building with Avis and Budget Rentals.. There is no other place I would take our vehicles. Hope this review helps!

We have been bringing our cars here for years. They really take care of them and keep them in top shape. The service managers are great. They will carefully go over the service you car needs and will even show you the worn out/broken parts after the service is complete. They have a very comfortable waiting area with coffee and a TV.

My husband and I got stuck with a flat tire about an hour before closure in the middle of a road trip. I called and spoke with Nico who told us that as long as we arrived before the shop closed, he would make sure that we were taken care of. True to his word, Nicos service here was phenomenal. Nico even suggested that we could try Costco nearby to see if we had a warranty on our old tire rather than sell us a new one, though we ended up purchasing a reasonably priced tire from him and were on our way in less than an hour. Honest, friendly, and helpful customer service. Nico went above and beyond and saved our trip. Highly recommend!

I did not have an appointment and I needed an oil change, so I called and asked if they could service my car and they said they could and to bring it in. Nico and Mark greeted me as they always do, very friendly, family like vibe which is always nice! They serviced my car very fast! Ive been a customer here for years now (before this was Firestone, it was Express Tire) and this is the only place I go to and I can honestly say, its because of the staff. Im a female customer and before I became a customer here, I was unsure of if I was being told the truth or if it was another car guy trying to RIP me off and telling me I needed parts replaced or unnecessary services done. I dont feel that way at all with Nico or Mark or other staff here (sorry I dont remember all of their names), I trust them and that means A LOT to me and thats why I always come back! Nico and Mark explain things very well and everyone is always SUPER NICE!! Nico always makes sure that Im taken care of! Genuinely good people! ***I hope they are recognized and awarded for this and for all they do because Customer Service is Everything when there is competition, and THEY are what sets this business apart from others!!

So this is the third time Ive come to Express Tire for problems with my cars. Previously one of my car was fixed incorrectly by another facility. When I mean incorrectly, I mean horribly. At Express Tire Sandy a great manager once he diagnosed the problem, he was extremely thorough in their explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done to remedy the problem. They made everything very easy to understand, with hows and whys. I was 100% comfortable with having these gentlemen work on my car. I was not disappointed. They have gotten it right every single time. Great customer service, great pricing, and an awesome job. They always have your back, and if you have any questions you can email or text them and they will always answer. Super friendly and a well run business. Closed. Now Firestone with reportedly mostly the same employees. Maybe Costco is cheaper, but if you dont have a membership, I recommend them. They honored the work from Espresso tire which I was pleasantly surprised at.

Bought a used car recently. Took it in for a safety inspection. They confirmed the things that observed. Reccomend a couple things to replace. No hard sell. No bamboozle. Good experience.

Make sure you ask them to remove additional warranties when paying for services. They automatically add these to your bill.

Mark was great. Easy communication and they provided all the complimentary checks.

Service was great. Reasonable prices. Sandy the manager knows his stuff. I recommend Express Tires and Service. John:)

All the guys here are great! Sandy is a brilliant mechanic and always looks out for me. Never tries to sell me any parts or services I dont need, even told me I didnt need the repairs another shop had told me I needed! And despite having a heavily modified vehicle with lots of unusual and aftermarket parts these guys always do their best to source the right parts, not just slap OEM parts on that are no longer suitable for the modifications. Great guys, great service always very friendly and priced fairly. This is the place to go for any of your standard maintainence and repairs.

Just went here to get the tires on my wifes car aligned. They checked the tire alignment and said the alignment was fine, but the knob/bar for the cruise control was broken. Then they quoted us ~$350 to replace it. It wasnt broken before we left the car with them. Now it dangles down and hits my wifes leg as she drives, she would have noticed if it was like this when we drove the car there.

Been going for years. Always great guys. Only do the work that is required, and always do it well. Super chill on trying to upsell or adding work that isnt necessary.

Love Nico one of the absolute best mangers down next to Daniel Hood before he passed three years ago at the Rancho Bernardo shop which is by far hands down the very best customer service and most friendliest people that all work there very caring and also super helpful and they take the time no matter how long it takes explain everything that they did to your car or what and wherw they found something wrong and what it would cost to fix or when should be fixed by. Very honest group of hard working deadicated men.

So every now and then something happens thats get my attention and changes my point of view. Before one of the techs broke my wifes mirror control unit and I had to fix it, one of the techs also used a marker black and red to write K and N air filter on the air box in size 100 font. This is the only place I take my car to for service and now my lower engine cover is missing. Went in for a flat repair and it took 2.5 hours to fix. As I inspected my tire which luckily I did before driving off I found the tech forgot to put my hub cap back on, rookie mistake but not sure of why. Still this place I go back to and I still get taken care of.

These are terrible employees. I called their number at 10:00 this morning, and asked if I could have my oil changed at 4:00. Yeah, no problem, the guy said.I come in at 4:10 and hear Sorry, we close at 4:00. They looked so dumbfounded. And to top it off, the guy at the front asked me who it was that told me that: it was freaking him! I know your voice, buddy!I hope enjoyed the 3 years of service of overpriced charges and bargaining,I had with you guys, because Im never coming to this location again. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

I went in and wanted to have my tires changed. Everything was solid. i loved the tires and, in regards to the tires, no problems at all. However, they tried to tell me that my wheel alignment was off and since my car was already up, I should have them just do it now. B***S***. I had just brought my car into the Nissan dealership a week before and they fixed my alignment. 4 months later, I come in and they dont remember me. I get my oil change done. They do the check up. everythings fine. I ask him if hes sure. No need to realign the wheels? No, everythings good to go. Maybe it isnt all of the workers here, but some of them are lying. Never going back here again. i dont care if I have $28 left in store credit. Ill go somewhere else. L I A R S

I was interested in the 15$ oil change and tire rotation. I thought cool, fifteen bucks for an oil change! arrive at 10 ask for the oil change and tells me it wont be done till 1pm. I should have said no and walked away, of course I say yeah no problem. I walk to a restaurant, eat, and then walk throughout rb. I come back at one ask if its done they say its next up. then 45 min. later Randy the manager takes me and shows me my brake pads and said they needed to be replaced. I asked the cost he told me 120$ I declined. Cut to a week later I watch a youtube video on how to replace the pads myself and 25$ later I have new pads installed and a bigger ego. What was worse was my previous stock brake pads probably had another 30k miles before they were worn out. I personally had a bad experience, but hey you might be lucky.

I wanted to like this shop for personal convenience if for no other reason. They sell hard at this shop, and theyre good at selling - well versed in sales tactics IMO. The work they do seems ok, but be aware of the hard sell.

Second time coming here and it is the Best place to get your car fixed, I would recommend coming here and ask for Nico he is very honest and kind.

I paid Express Tires in Rancho Bernardo $1600 to fix my timing belt and camshaft positoning sensor in June 2017. They claimed the timing belt hit the sensor causing it to fail. December 2017 same thing occured. Not being able to tow my car to Express I had it towed to another mechanic who did the same exact job for $600 dollars!!! And its running 10x better!!! Express is a tire and oil change spot thats it!!! When I asked Express about the warranty they said I need to have my vehicle towed to their shop. $1600 and you cant help me with a tow to fix something you just fixed??? Lesson here people is shop around. Express talks a big game but in the end their mediocre mechanics with service writers aka counter men who talk a big game.
