Ive used Thuro-Dry on two separate occasions. Once for a second floor shower leak and another time for a broken water pipe in my garage. Ron is very friendly and honest and he only recommended services that I needed, nothing more. He was on time to each of those appointments, was very thorough during the inspection, and billed me a completive rate for work done. I will definitely call him again if Im ever faced with the unfortunate luck of water damage!

ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!! Ron was amazing and super knowledgeable at what he’s doing, you can really tell he’s passionate about what he’s doing and it shows! We had a minor flood and Saturday evening after hours, and I was in a panic... started googling and yelping whom to call, by accident I came across Ron’s contact and extremely thankful I did! He came within the next hour after talking to him on the phone, and he went straight to business!!Because of Ron’s extensive knowledge and super handy tools/ equipment we were so lucky to not have to pull out ANY flooring from our room that was flooded!Ron is honest, reliable and trustworthy! Ron is great! I had a water spill in my bathroom and was worried that it might have gotten under the flooring or soaked the baseboards. I called Ron and he came out to take moisture measurements within the hour.Friendly, timely, professional, honest, and affordable!

Ron was very accommodating. I called him with some questions and I believe he could sense the desperation in my voice to address a water leak/mold situation, because he offered to come right over to assess the situation. He clearly explained everything to me and reassured me that I had called the right person! He began going to work on fixing the situation for me and I could immediately tell the difference in air quality after he started working in my home. Ive used Ron from Thuro-Dry FOUR times now. I hope none of you have that many floods!Two weeks ago my tenant called me to let me know that my condo had flooded at 1am. I gave Ron a call, and he is always available to come out whenever needed. He dried out most the water right away and dehydrated the place for a week.He communicates very well and often. He clearly knows what he is doing and actually saved the contractor below us from removing asbestos unknowingly. He also works with you to keep costs down. Im very glass to have found him company.

I cant say enough about Ron and his kindness in helping me out with somewhat of an emergency situation. I happened to call his company Thuro-Dry towards the end of the day and much to my luck he was located near my house. I explained my issue and it wasnt what he normally does but said he could try and help and would be there in 10 minutes. I had a clogged main line that needed the dirty sewage water sucked out(not a fun job!!). He came and took care of the water and waste out of the pipes, which ended up being a bigger job than he anticipated. He never complained or asked for more money, was very professional. I could just tell he was more concerned about helping someone out who had a problem, than trying to make more money or take advantage of someone. He saved me time and money which is a big help when you have a family of 5 that needs to use all the facilities in the house. Will definitely use him again if the need arises and wouldrecommend him to anybody looking for someone honest in this type of business.

Thuro-Dry was prompt, efficient and effective. Ron came within an hour of discovering the leak and water damage and quickly set up blowers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. He did a great job containing the affected space and continually checked on the progress of the drying. Great and friendly service. I highly recommend him.

My hot water heater burst flooding the garage. I have home warranty, so I knew theyd cover most the cost of replacing the hot water heater. The home warranty plumber came out and said theres water damage inside the house too, and we need to get a restoration company to dry it out. That work would obviously not be covered by my home warranty. Id have to pay for that our of pocket, or make a claim with my home insurance company. So he calls a restoration company that he recommends to take a look, and they say its really bad and around five thousand dollars to dry out and repair. But they assured me not to worry because all Id have to pay is my home insurance deductible. I told them not to touch it until I get a second opinion. I found Thuro-Dry on Yelp, and Ron came out the same day. Not only did Ron get the job done for less than my home insurance deductible, but he took the time to show me the wet areas before he dried them out, and after. Bottom line, Ron saved me from having to make a home insurance claim!

Ron was extremely helpful in resolving our leak damage. He responded quickly and worked efficiently. He made as few cuts in the drywall as possible in order to dry us out, and the cuts he made were neat and clean. He cleaned up the worksite like a pro. And the carpets are like new after he cleaned them at and near the worksite. Thanks Ron!

Thuro-Dry just did a late night emergency flood at my rental condo that happened while I was out-of-town.  Ron Barnes, the owner/operator, has done other water damage jobs for me so I knew I could trust him.   He took charge of the water problem, calmed the tenant and made sure the neighboring units were dry.Ron is thorough, has excellent communication and follow-up and always does what he says hes going to do.  If only every experience with vendors were like this.
