I got their Giant Dollar Forest photo/video package and I couldnt be happier with the value I got for the price I paid! All other photographers I spoke with wanted to charge me more than 2k without including the raw photos. With this company I paid just a little over 2k for both photography AND videography for five hours including some editing AND raw files! My photographer Sean and videographer Mitch were super talented, professional, experienced and fun to work with. The owner/manager Charlie was very sweet, responsive, helpful and made it all happen. The only thing that Im upset about is that I cant give them FIFTY stars instead of five!

Im extremely happy I chose this company for my wedding! Our photographer Suzanne was very knowledgeable and professional. She flawlessly coordinated our entire group and suggested many creative poses. She also showed up almost an hour early and took some beautiful getting ready photos. I went with the Basic package and Im very happy with unedited photos. Many of them look like they dont need editing. The colors are beautiful and everything looks sharp. Of course I had to delete some photos but thats understandable since with this package you get literally all the photos exactly the way they were taken. I cant believe I paid only a few hundred dollars for such an amazing service. My husband and I hired dirt cheap wedding photography for our wedding. We chose the basic unedited 4 hour photography because we didnt have a very long wedding, and most photographers have about a 7 hour time frame, which doesnt work for a 6 hour wedding. Suzanne Sanger was our photographer, she was so sweet and took absolutely amazing pictures. She had us pose, made sure the light and exposure was perfect, I cannot believe we got such good quality photos for such a cheap price. Were both glad we chose dirt cheap photography, Suzanne captured every moment we wanted before, during, and after the ceremony, and more! None of them even need to be edited, honestly. I cannot reccomend them more!!

I rented a sound system and blue uplights for my wedding two weekends ago. Planning a wedding is naturally stressful, but coordinating with Charlie was one of the smoothest and easiest parts. Pricing was very fair and transparent. Most importantly, I appreciated his immediate response time. It was very frustrating receiving courtesy replies from various vendors about Well respond within 48 hours. for very very simple inquiries.Guests loved the ambiance from the blue uplights and the dance floor lighting. The sound system was also great quality, very intuitive, and easy to use. Overall, Id definitely recommend them if you want to create the perfect party atmosphere.

It was a pleasure working with Golden Gate Sunrise Entertainment for our wedding celebration. Charlie was extremely easy to communicate with, always responding to emails within a few hours (at the most!) and advising me on whatever questions I had to help make sure the package I was ordering would meet our exact needs. On the day of the celebration, he arrived on time, was very friendly, and went about setting everything up on his own, and before I knew it our sound system was up and running. We didnt use DJ services, but he went above and beyond in what we hired him for, and we are so grateful to him for his part in helping our celebration go smoothly. We hired Charlie to provide lighting, sound systems, microphones, projectors, music, etc. for a two-day corporate event. He was amazing. There were a lot of moving parts to this event as we held our meetings in different areas of the hotel all day long. Charlie never missed a step and was always professional, kind and accommodating. He made to sure to check with me to make sure I was happy and that things were running smoothly. He was happy to do whatever I needed him to do.His prices were EXCEPTIONAL and we would definitely use him again. I contacted Golden Gate Sunrise Entertainment this month for outdoor flood lighting. Charlie responded very quickly to my email, gave us a great package deal on flood lights. I had some last minute issues arise trying to figure out a power source for the event since it was outside (my fault), I gave him a late response to book him for the event. Even though he was already booked for the same day, he managed to fit us into his busy schedule, he personally dropped off equipment, went over equipment with us, supplied extra light bulbs, extension cords and extenders. All of the lights worked great, we had light for our event thanks to Charlie. We enjoyed booking him for our event, and we really appreciate his service. We plan to book him again. Honestly I don’t know where to begin. The quality of service that Charlie provided us from the very beginning was superior. We always received prompt responses to our messages and his thoroughness on every detail was circumstantial and helped me have a better visual of how I wanted our wedding to unfold the day of. He had more questions for us which shows you how much he cares in making your special day as perfect as he can possibly make it. He also met our every request even when he advised otherwise and I thank him for that. His timing and transition of our ceremony songs was seamless and right on time. His accomplished MC skills throughout the reception created the perfect ambiance and synergy with our guests. Most importantly, Charlie’s kind professional character and humbleness is apparent upon meeting him and his interactions. A super kind individual and very respectful. “You get what you pay for” is not the case with this vendor. Additional services were given at a discount and we signed him on to be in charge of videography as well. We received our video the following week and enjoyed every minute of it. As you can see Charlie superseded our expectations PLUS, he charged us half the price of all other vendors we had looked into. Too good to be true but he is! THANK YOU CHARLIE!!!!!

My wife and I hired Charlie and his staff to video our wedding on 10-9-16 in orange county, and the entire experience was great!  Millie covered our wedding and did a great job!  The video was in our mail by the time we got home from the honeymoon!  Charlie is super responsive via email and is very professional to work with.  I would recommend using this company if you are looking to capture the wedding to be able to watch later and on a budget.  We initially werent sure if we wanted video, but it was well worth the money, and they are very affordable so it made it possible.  We got the edited wedding ceremony package and raw data from the reception (to save money).  Everything went smooth, and my wife and I couldnt be happier about the results!

The group I belong to hired San Diego Sound and Light to light a small music concert and they couldnt have been more helpful and professional. We had a very limited budget and Charlie made it work. He always returned emails in a timely manner and showed up on time. He worked well with me and the others responsible for providing the lighting. I highly recommend San Diego Sound and Light.

I hired Charlie and his team to do my wedding. Initially I just wanted to have him as my DJ but then I added their photo/video package as well. Charlie is very talented and definitely knows how to work the crowd. We had a diverse group of people and somehow he was able to play a little bit of everything while making creative and smooth transition between different songs. Everyone had a wonderful time and Im so glad that Charlie was my DJ. His photographer Suzanne and the videographer Cici were very friendly and professional. I love all the photos and videos they took. The price was very reasonable as well so I highly recommend Charlie and his team!

After doing some online research and speaking with Charlie, I decided to go with the all-inclusive package. Charlie was the DJ, Alex was my videographer and Suzanne was my photographer. All of them were very friendly, responsive and professional from start to finish. The music was great and everyone had lots of fun. I got the photos and videos almost immediately after the wedding, and I love them! I was hesitant about hiring a videographer but now I watch videos more than photos. Im very happy with my choice and I recommend it to all engaged couples who have reasonable expectations and dont want to spend too much.

You get what you pay for. Unedited photos. Photos that look worse than if done on an iPhone. Yikes these are your forever memories people.

I hired them to provide DJ services, live music, lighting, photography and videography for my wedding. Charlie and his team did an excellent job. His communication and planning skills are exceptional. We took care of all the details way in advance before my wedding so I didnt have to worry about anything on my wedding day. The music was great and my guests had a wonderful time. His photographer Suzanne and the videographer Cici were both very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Everything came out amazing! The lighting looked awesome too, especially the gobo that was projected behind our sweetheart table. I cant stress enough how happy and grateful I am that I found his company. Highly recommend!

WORDS cannot describe how grateful I am to Charlie for everything he did for us on our wedding day!!! We hired his services as a videographer for our September 2017 wedding; we booked the most basic package and indicated that we already had a great photographer and literally only needed a camera to be set up on a tripod to record but didnt need anything fancy. Charlie communicated clearly, directly, and with so much detail and professionalism every time I emailed back and forth with him; he is a true businessman! A few days before the wedding, Charlie emailed us to inform us that he would be there personally, which was exciting! Not only was he there on time and prepared on our wedding day, but he also brought an extra assistant and extra camera with him in the name of fabulous customer service! From the moment we saw him there that day, we noticed that he was always smiling and was a warm person to be around; he also never stopped moving, making sure the cameras were always in the right area and were capturing the moments he wanted them to. Charlie was flexible and didnt panic when we were unable to answer questions on the day of during events or and knew what to do as we moved around our venue constantly. He pulled us aside momentarily to record some special moments in which we spoke directly into the camera which was really special. :) Even though we went 7 minutes over time, Charlie agreed to stay and did not charge us more because of his belief in GREAT customer service. Even though he insisted that we shouldnt worry about the 7 minutes, we chose to compensate him for this time and tip as much as we possibly could because he truly went over the top to provide us with a wonderful experience!We are no videographers, but we paid for the dirt cheap package and we definitely got much more than what we paid for. Charlie and his assitant captured precious moments for us that went above and beyond just setting a camera up on a tripod and walking away. My husband and I just sat down today and watched all of the footage captured on one of our three cameras and the quality is pretty amazing! We could not have asked for more, especially for how incredibly inexpensive his services were!Thank you Charlie!! You are a 5-star vendor and were definitely one of the highlights of our wedding! We cant WAIT to watch the footage you and your assitant captured in the other two cameras :)

We hired Charlies company Cheap Wedding Videography to record our wedding because of the inexpensive price and positive reviews. We were very pleased with final product Milagro did an amazing job catching some very special moments. I still love watching it over and over. I love that we will have memories of our wedding forever. Charlie and his team did an amazing job. We even received the video within one week after the wedding.
