I hired them to provide music, lighting, photography and videography for my wedding and I couldnt be happier with the results. I dont think Ive ever received such a great and personal service directly from the business owner. Charlie consulted me on many different aspects of wedding planning and always got back to me within just a few hours or even minutes. He always gave me plenty of options to choose from based on my needs and budget. I ended up going with the best package and it was worth every dollar. Charlie was a great DJ and host and I really enjoyed listening to him play the piano, too. The photos are stunning and the video makes you cry every time you watch it. His employees are very friendly and caring. Whats there not to like? If you are getting married and want the best quality of everything, you cant go wrong with this company.

The information that he provided was extremely detailed and informative so much so that I was able to interact with him directly and still provide enough detail to my clients.What I really like about this company is that they provide additional suggestions and recommendations along the way. They are extremely professional and cover all of the bases with their contracts. As an events specialist, this is THE BEST that one could ask for.Now, on to the service...the lighting provided was very good and well placed. I didnt have to worry about telling them where to put anything...everything was perfect. I hired Charlie to do lighting at an event I was organizing for my sons school where we needed outside lighting and did not have much of a budget. I could not be more pleased with the ease of working with him, the fair pricing, and the personal quality of the service. He arrived early to discuss the set up with me and really took the time to make sure the lighting configuration maximized the use of the space. He even provided a few extra lights in case we needed them. Everything looked great!

We found this service through an online search as we planned our daughters wedding from out of state. After reading other reviews, we decided to use their services. All of our email and phone conversations were conducted with Charlie. He was absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. He also responded to any inquiries we made promptly and was very accommodating. Unfortunately, I dont remember the name of the actual person who did the recording, but he was perfect. He honored all of our requests and recorded both the wedding and reception in an unobtrusive fashion. Highly recommend them!

I hired them for one of my events and I was very impressed with the price and the quality of their work. Charlie went above and beyond answering my multiple questions and helping me make my event special and unique. Everyone enjoyed his music and we had a wonderful time. The photos and the videos came out amazing as well. Its much easier and less expensive to hire one company to do everything instead of dealing with multiple vendors. Highly recommend!

We just had our wedding this past weekend and were beyond thrilled with Charlie and his team of photographer and videographer. Charlie was always in communication with us from day one and would reply back quickly every time we had a question or input. His experience in the field helped out tremendously when it came to situations or questions that I had no idea how to answer, Charlie would bring his knowledge and experience to help out in these areas. I would HIGHLY recommend Charlie and this company 10 times over. The day of the wedding, he was onsite very early to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Everyone who was at my wedding had great words to say about him and his team.

Charlie and his team are amazing. They provided photography, videography, DJ/MC services, live pianist and lighting for my wedding. At first I thought the price was too good to be true compared to many other local vendors. But I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the amount of work they put into it. Ive received numerous compliments from my guests on how awesome my DJ was. The photos and videos came out really beautifully and made me cry. I couldnt be happier and Im so lucky I found them!!!

I contacted San Diego Sound and Lighting as a last minute addition of lights for an outdoor company party at night. Charlie responded to my inquiry right away, he explained all of my options for lighting and was able to meet my needs on short notice. The lights looked great, the price was affordable and Charlie was a pleasure to work with. Really nice guy. I will call him again in a heartbeat when I need help with a party. Highly recommend!

Charlie was the dj at my wedding reception. I really enjoyed working with him and i think he is very personal and professional at what he does. I got a live pianist for my cocktail hour, live jazz trio for my dinner, up lighting and a gobo monogram. All was provided by Charlie while he was coordinating, djing and making announcements. All of my guests were very happy with all the music and thought the entrainment was awesome! Thank you, Charlie and i look forward to seeing you at my friend`s wedding this summer!

We rented the $250 sound package for our wedding (two rooms) and Charlie and co. set everything up marvelously to our specifications. He was great about staying in touch throughout the process (and day of), which was very assuring. They set up and broke down the equipment so we just had to plug and play!The sound quality and equipment was top notch and helped make our event a great success.I highly recommend looking here for sound!

Charlie was great! He helped me through the process of deciding music and lighting. Charlie thought of things that might come up during the party before they happened that I had not considered. His music selection for my daughters sweet 16 was well thought out. He was able to handle song requests for songs we wanted played and even managed the kids for songs he had to tell them he would not play. It was a great event and Charlie was a big part of our successful party. I would use him again and would highly recommend him.

I rented sound equipment from San Diego Sound and Lighting for my wedding instead of a DJ and it worked out wonderfully. The setups were simple - all I had to do was plug in my laptop and play music and the quality was great. Most importantly though, they came exactly when they said they would (probably the only thing that progressed on time that day) and set it up and took it down themselves. All I had to do was tell them where and it was handled. It was a very good experience and the quality was top notch - I received several compliments on the sound quality. Would use again, thanks!

We booked Golden Gate Sunrise Entertainment for their lighting and sound package for our recent wedding in Temecula. I cant say enough great things about Charlie and his team. Charlie was so responsive and eager to help with whatever we needed. He made the entire process so easy from start to finish. The lighting and sound was immaculate. It puts you at ease to know everything is taken care of and dont have to worry about lighting or sound equipment during such a busy time. Everything went off without a hitch and we cant thank them enough for their services. We highly recommend them!

I hired Charlie and his team to do my wedding. Initially I just wanted to have him as my DJ but then I added their photo/video package as well. Charlie is very talented and definitely knows how to work the crowd. We had a diverse group of people and somehow he was able to play a little bit of everything while making creative and smooth transition between different songs. I hired them for sound equipment, a lighting package, and videography for our wedding in San Diego County and was very happy with the results. Charlie was quick to respond to emails, which helped because I was planning from across the world! The prices for their packages are reasonable, and the staff were punctual and helpful about setting up and tearing down. We used our own DJ, who flew in from Canada for the event, and this was a great option to have the equipment he needed all set up and functional. The lights looked great and made the banquet hall look much fancier than normal. The videography was a good deal for such a low price, as we got the raw package and just wanted to have the whole ceremony and key parts of the reception to save and edit on our own.

CHARLIE IS INCREDIBLE!! I almost dont even know where to start. I guess Ill start with the value of his service. When I was looking up videographers, I... as Im sure all of you have... looked around and kept getting the 3K quote which definitely made me question if a videographer was worth it. When I read through his website (which so conveniently included prices rather making you get a quote), I was shocked at the prices and different options. I actually thought that it might be a hoax because it was too good to be true. I ended up getting the package with the raw footage, 2 cameras and a 4 minute highlight real for a very reasonable price...reading about his service and given the name of his company, I just expected low quality since he stressed that it was a different kind of camera that he used. At that time as well he only had one or two videos up on his website so I wasnt too sure what to expect but I set my expectations low. Boy was I BLOWN away!!Once I booked it and sent the money I just thought, well I hope someone shows up since I paid in full! Dont get me wrong, he was extremely quick to respond, but I never met with him in person just because I didnt think there was much need to because he had already laid out all of the info in detail. So a few weeks before the wedding he emailed me and confirmed everything. He was extremely thorough in every email he sent and he didnt skip a beat. I had some last minute changes and he was right on top of it..hed literally respond within a 3 minutes after I sent the email. He turned out to be my absolute favorite vendor with communication!..he was so extremely reliable and just adhered to every request..which blows my mind because if you look at his website, hes running a company with about 5 different services, i have no idea how the heck he does it!He also offered to do a video message booth that would just run continuously that would add another camera to the ceremony for an extremely low price..it was supposed to just sit at the different spots throughout the night but I think he noticed that no one was leaving a message on there own so he actually went around to ALL the tables and personally was interviewing everyone at their tables! That was definitely one of my favorite parts and it was so fun to hear from my guests afterwards!! He captured all of the crucial events from a ton of different angles and then, most importantly, he gave us ALL the footage THAT NIGHT!!! We woke up the next day and could literally relive the wedding from 3 different camera angles!! It was incredible!!Ok, not only was all of that awesome, but he was in touch immediately about my highlight real asking which song I wanted. He had my highlight real done TWO days later! For someone who does 5 different services and with his company doing about 10 services a week, I have NO idea how he did it!! and then on top of that, he would STILL email back within 5 minutes of me emailing him..Then there was one clip i needed swapped out and he did it immediately, no questions asked and i had the new video within in a couple hours!! I am still just in awe of this man.Hiring Charlie was the best decision I ever made for our wedding.. Videography is the way to go because you can relive your wedding as often as you want!!! My highlight real is incredible and everything we wanted..his special effects were awesome and it wasnt the typical cheesy wedding video either!! I will treasure all of the footage and the highlight real for the rest of my life..all my guests love it and cant get enough!!THANK YOU CHARLIE, YOU ARE AMAZING!! I WILL BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO EVERYONE I MEET!!! My husband and I ..parents and guests...are SO GRATEFUL!!!!!
