I didnt even order a tow truck but their driving is horrific. Why are you driving so aggressive at 7:15AM? Is that how you drive when a car is attached? I was going to call and leave a formal complaint with the license plate, but once I saw these reviews; I know theres no point. Please stop cutting drivers off especially at 7AM on a Saturday with 2 vehicles around.

I have been renting truck here since 1991. They have always been friendly and professional. Shawn, Wayne & Art have taken great care of me over the years. I was sad to see this business was changing hands. I dont think it will ever be as good as it used to be.

I mentioned to the Miramar Truck Rental rep that I was moving heat sensitive food and needed a box truck. Picked up the truck early morning, while it was still dark. Drove over 2 1/2 hours to Los Angeles and then found out that it wasnt actually a box truck after all, but in fact a parcel van. The van ended up being so hot we couldnt load the product! The van was dirty inside as well. I called Miramar Truck Rental, and they only offered us a $25 credit because we had to sweep out the van. Horrible!! We ended up having to hire a company the next day to pick up the pallets and deliver it. I would not recommend using this company for truck rentals.

I called Miramar Truck looking for a belt for a Ford F 650. The first time i was hung up on, so i called back and was connected to April. I explained what i was looking for and then she proceeded to tell me she had already logged off and was done for the day; although she was polite enough to leave a message for Carlos... When you are broke down that is definitely what you want a message... Wow, can you say fired!!!!!!!

Great place to get your body work done and also good work on

These people have no idea what customer service means. I brought them my 2010 freightliner cascadia because miramar freightliner (located right next door) told me that they do all their body work. It took them over a week to get a simple parts price list and another week to order the parts. Once they had the parts, they took my truck apart and found a couple bent brackets that needed to be replaced. It took another week to get a parts price list for the brackets and another week to order the parts. It took them over a month to replace a couple brackets and a couple pieces of plastic. I lost tens of thousands of dollars in revenue while Sean Bishop was dragging his feet. There is no reason to take a week to get a parts price list when there is a freightliner parts store right next door.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
