Great company. They are a bit slow to respond sometimes, but once we got the work scheduled, they showed up on time and got the tree down FAST. Only took 4 hours for two really big trees. 10/10 would recommend

I have not used their services so I cannot say anything about that.I have tried calling a few times but they are always busy when I do. I figured I would just let them know on here. I forgot about this incident until I was reviewing my dashcam footage today. On April 17th, at around 8 am I believe, a white Ford 150 truck with this companys labeling on it was recklessly driving. He was narrowly cutting people off and I watched him as he nearly sideswiped my boyfriend who was a few cars in front of me on the freeway. No blinker, tailgating, excessive speed, cutting people off, the list goes on. The license plate on the truck was 54963J1. I had meant to post this but forgot. I figured the company should know what kind of people they have driving before he inevitably causes an accident.Edit: The location was the I-15 S

Having met w their arborist about some issues w a tree, they promised to follow up w a proposal for remediation. Have been a few weeks now and 2 follow up calls each time being told they’d get back to me. Still waiting by the phone. I guess they’re not in a hurry for new business.

One Trip Tree Service are the best tree removal and trimming business I have encountered. Between other businesses who have outrageous prices and would completely flake out on appointments or never call me back, I couldnt be more satisfied with One Trip Tree Service. I have had them out to my home three times to removed some very large pine trees that were threatening our home and those of our neighbors. On one ocassion another harborist quoted me $15,000 dollars to remove 100 foot tall pine in our backyard, One Trip did that pine plus another smaller one for over 300% cheaper. Their employees do a clean and efficiant job and ensure the safety of any valuables in your yard and around the home.

One Tripp trims the 50+ large trees in my HOA every year, along with all our other smaller trees as needed. As the board president I can tell you they are efficient, affordable, incredibly knowledgable, detailed and very professional. They are always busy which should tell you something about the demand for their services.
