DO NOT USE THIS TREE SERVICE!“Doc” (Michael L. James) has to be most unprofessional person in this business. I tasked him to cut down my pepper tree while I was out of the house. He charged me $375 which was paid the same day. A few days later, I got to inspect his work and was absolutely devastated.He left a mess and damaged my property. I had just poured a new and expensive concrete patio and found stains literally everywhere. He took no precautions at all! During the process he also damaged the siding of my house in numerous places.When I called him about this, he was not apologetic but rather confrontational. He also claims that this is “not his first rodeo”, whatever that means. When you do such a poor job you shouldn’t be boasting with your length of time in the business. Instead own and and correct your mistakes.I attempted to scrub and pressure wash the concrete, unfortunately to no avail. This needs to be handled by a concrete cleaning company.The side of the house likely needs a new paint job as well.I will likely have to take the owner to small claims court to remedy’s this disastrous job.

Doc Tree Service prices are very faith and competative. On time and very professional presentation.

The price was good and service was good but cleanup was inadequate. After the stump grinding I was left with cleanup.
