After twenty minutes on hold, all they did was contradict their website and quote a local agreement that I’d never been given. Really as unhelpful as possible without technically being rude. Usually uhaul is better, especially with advice and small requests.

Robin and Jesus were extremely helpful and informative. They really helped us in making our move very smooth and much easier than I even anticipated. The friendliness and efficiency here was amazing!

Guys were friendly but got to my storage unit and there were no blankets in the trailer to wrap my furniture in like they said there were. If you could give 0 stars for UHaul scheduling that is what I would give them. Make sure you call the place you are picking up from to verify date of pick-up and what you need.

Propane refill leak! 1/4 inche of snow/ ice around my propane tank the next morning after the refill. The tanks bleeder screw was loose causing it to leak all over the place!( Pics are after I fixed the leak)

I rented here before no problem. Today I tried to get a truck but wasn’t wearing my mask properly so lion mask boy wouldn’t let us rent. We went to the location in fashion valley instead. You lost a customer

Came in on Monday March 2 to pick up a 20ft truck and tow dolly. The dolly wasnt available but they helped me out and upgraded it to the auto transport trailer. Then when it became clear I had underestimated the size truck I needed they were more than happy to replace it with a larger one. Specifically Kendra and Alan had an upbeat and helpful attitude despite the fact that it was busy and I was woefully unprepared! Would definitely recommend to a friend based on their service.

The staff was awesome very nice and helpful.The truck was clean and ran great but holy H€*% that was the most uncomfortable 1000 miles Ive ever driven. My back and neck are destroyed. The pain is so bad I’ve seen seen a chiropractor twice and have made an appointment with my doctor.The seats also don’t adjust and I’m pretty sure the padding in them is made of gravel. It’s like a torture device I suggest hiring a moving company if you can afford it.

This could of easily been 1 star but want to make sure James (asst manager) is recognized for his incredible customer service. We had a hitch situation to keep it short and he absolutely resolved every bit and kept the situation really easy while managing and incredibly busy branch. Im getting my hitch reinstalled and whole heartedly plan to get his info as I have a growing company and would hire him instantly if the situation arrives. Treat him good uhaul, customer service stud 💪

He was professional and even threw in a free dolly, packing blankets, and a truck upgrade when we he had to wait only couple extra minutes to get our truck! Great experience! Today, Kendra Brown at u-haul at 3820 Midway Drive, SD, Ca was exactly who I needed to speak to work out an unusual situation. She listened to what I was saying. She found a way that took professional expertise for it too happen. I was ready panic but Kendra Brown calmed me and my problem down. Kudos to Kendra Brown and U-Haul.

I had reserved a truck in advance. Picking it up at this location was smooth overall! I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the people in front of me to be helped, but once I was helped, I was driving out within another 10 minutes.I also made use of the 24/7 truck return feature after hours at this location, which was very easy using my phone to snap a couple of photos recording the mileage and gas levels and truck cleanliness. Tough to beat this for an in-town move.

So, my hitch didnt come in time for the scheduled installation date, I came a few days early due to my forgetfulness. HOWEVER, Kindra is an Angel! She made calls and found another uhual locally and got me scheduled for an installation!! She made my day and I dont know what I would do without her! Only complaint is, someone didnt order the hitch for me, but she went out of her way to take care of me!!!!!! Thank you!!! So 5 star on rectifying the situation and customer service

Crack head central. We had an appointment for a trailer hitch installation at 8 am. My husband spoke extensively to the manager when he made the appointment about our RV that needed the hitch. We arrived, after fighting through traffic and using a substantial amount of gas, to be told that the installation tech was not there. They told is to come back at 10. So we came back. We waited parked where we were told to go, until almost 11. Several crack heads walked through the parking lot and one started smoking crack on the wall. Finally my husband walked inside and was told the tech still wasnt there. This place is a JOKE and wasted our time.

Usually no waiting, excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Propane is king.Kind of busy sometimes.Good place to hire laborers for small to medium remodeling jobs. Helps the homeless and you at the same time and that makes it a win-win for everyone.

I needed to move some thing from my storage to my house and vice versa, ordered a truck last minute and service was great! I had to wait a tiny bit since it was busy when I got there, understandably. Staff was totally helpful and made pick and return easy and pleasant.

I had very little issue with this location. Right off Midway, easy to get to, very visible location from the street. Process was easy to get the rental van, paperwork was fast, and check in even faster. Only small complain I have is that the storage units and the actual sales place are two different buildings, the latter of which is in a smaller building. I walked around the larger building before being directed by someone to the correct place. But, aside from that I have no issues here.

Called 3 times and couldnt even get someone to give me a quote. Kept getting put on hold, was teansferred and didnt know, then was left on speakerphone.

Do not rent from this place. They dont properly inspect their vehicles and youll end up being charged almost $200 for damages you didnt incur. Additionally, even when you ask if they are going to do a walk around the vehicle, theyll say they will tell you youre good and than charge you $200 for damages you didnt incur. Not only that theyll investigate and close out and investigation and not tell you about it! Theres Budget, Theres Enterprise, theres penske-dont waste your time with these scammers at Uhual!

Staff pretty rude over phone. Called to ask if there were parking spots so I could drive myself to pick up the van... park there etc. guy picks up phone and his tone gets so short when I ask about parking.... he says “no. We are not responsible for cars.” I said “so you don’t have any parking spots.... or, I mean, are there parking spots nearby?” He says again—- “No, we don’t do that.” I said, “you’re teling me I can’t drive myself to your location and pick up a uhaul, leave personal car parked there while using the van... and retrieve my car upon drop off?” Answer? “Oh yeah! Beware of Scam and Thief. I am suspecting an employee at this location of double charged my credit card OR did not check the 17 truck back in properly, but use the truck for his/her personal. There are two charges: $71.32 for 1 days rental + ~30miles + $14 safe move, and the other $114.48 unauthorized or illegal charge. I am contacting my credit card company, Uhaul, and store manager to dispute the charge. Store employees denied my request to review the recording video of the day of rental Feb 27th around 17:30 and return day Feb 28th around 17:00. Updated 15Mar19. They returned me $45 out of the $114.48 unauthorized or scam chargered.

They have a great selection and offer 24 hour dropoff. Allowed me to leave my car on site while renting truck. I have used them several times over the years and have always been satisfied.

Horrible parking. The staff use all of the spots close to the storage entrance. Service is slow. The management is horrible. The roof leaks during rain storms. Their solution was to put plastic over the top of my unit inside the building and not fix the roof. The did not reimburse me for the water damage to my things.

Terrible checkout. Expect AT LEAST 10 minutes waiting in line with nearly no AC. It takes decades and they always had to enter the credit card number manually, which is unsafe.They take a very, very, very long time chatting with customers, without caring for other customers waiting in line.

I was just back there and he didnt say anything, thats why Im here, so I go back there, the guy tells me to remove my stuff, so then i go inside I asked the lady if she needs anything else. From me .she say no. and I asked her if she can make a copy of the receipt and shes we dont have a copy machine here. I said thank you. what a horrible customer service they have.
