First time at this new Autozone store to charge and check a battery. The service rep (Hugo) helped me when I returned to pick up. The battery was dead, wont recharge. My daughters car, she didnt tell me if warranty existed for battery. But Hugo just asked me for the phone used for purchase. He found warranty info and replaced the battery like in a few minutes!Awesome service, keep it up guys!

On one occasion I walked in to inquire about a part for my car. One employee was on the phone busy and another employee was talking to one of her friends about racing cars and modifications. I waited in line for five minutes and she was still talking about modifications for cars.I feel auto zone is one of the best in their category but their customer service needs to be prioritized.

Isabela was great help she has great customer service... she was the only one that help me with my wipers the guys working with her didnt want to help and she did it was raining and super cold and she was the only one that said she would go out side to help me ... EVERYONE SHOULD ASK FOR HER

Guy helping me had no idea what he was doing and he told me every single honda makes 2 different size breakpads calipers for the front calipers bs....Also didnt even know about any tools I asked for to get the job done he didnt even bother to ask somone above him who knew

I was not greeted when I came in the store, the two people here do not have name badges on or any of their pins. The manager on duty lied to my face and said the battery tester takes 30 minutes to reset. I worked for autozone it takes 2 minutes to plug it in and download the update. This is not how you perform GOTTCHA and it certainly is not putting the customer first like the pledge says to do. This is why people go to other brands. Dont lie just because you dont want to go outside.

Worst AutoZone EVER! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANY WHERE ELSE! Came in to buy a new battery and it says on the website will install for free, Service clerk was really rude and didnt even want to check my battery. He told me they did not do installs and I told him thats not what it says on the website and he said oh it depends on availability. There were only two people in the store with four clerks. The front sign also states will check your alternator and when I asked him he looked at me like I was nuts and told me no its your battery. Very unprofessional customer service and words cant explain how bad my experience was. Please do not go here. Would give no stars but cant.

The workers were lazy and and not very helpful on top of that they had no knowledge about vehicles you would think theyd know a thing or two but unfortunately not. I like buying from AutoZone but this specific one I have to say was my least favorite one🤔

Cant believe what a terrible experience i had at this autozone!The guy helping me had a nasty attitude with me from the beginning, i kept having to repeat myself over and over again.He made a mistake which made me waste 20 min waiting there for him to fix it.He had to return money to me and instead of handing it to me he just threw it on the counter as well as the receipt, it was extremely rude.I cant believe you would put someone like that to help customers.

I was looking for an oil filter and was helped by Cesar. I accidently said air filter instead, he was very friendly and helped me find the part without a problem.Most people would have been irritated but he wasnt. Will do business again here.

I dont know if because this AutoZone is new so the employees dont know costumer service, but they wont refund anything even with a receipt back to the tender it was purchased with. Horrible costumer service if they cant refund simple parts for less than $10 with a receipt and the purchase card on hand, they say they have to do gift cards. I thought a new AutoZone slightly closer to my house would be nice, but so far just a huge disappointment. If you like feeling like you stole things so the refund is questionable (Even though you have a receipt and the purchase card used), go ahead and still go to this location I guess.

Took a battery that simply needed to be charged when I took it to them them told me to come back in an hour for it to charge, when I came back they said I needed to buy a new battery and it wouldnt hold a charger, I went to Walmart and bought a 40 dollar trickle charger and boom the battery works like a charm! Saved 90 dollars just buying a trickle charger
