I had the absolute worst experience with this warranty company to repair my Samsung washer. Tech came out twice misdiagnosed the problem both times. Nothing fixed. Requested a new tech. Again no solution but he at least narrowed it down to needing parts ordered. Was told 2-3 days for parts. After two weeks, still no parts nor a courtesy update. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor and a non supervisor was who I got!
We have used this Company to diagnosis and repair our SAMSUNG Ice Maker (out of warranty of course!) in the past 16 months. Both times they were professional, clean, showed up on time and keep the repair charges to the very minimum - just today noticed the ice level arm was out of place (because I managed to bump it putting the ice cube container back in place). Quick easy repair. We will use them again.Dan V. was the technician and we thank him!
