I take my role as director of all corporate communications very serious, so I did my research and chose the most capable company with regional offices and technical resources in all of Californias major markets,, not just P.O. Boxes. I found the Protel staff to be highly trained in both Shoretel and Mitel products (which we have both), and eager to assist with our network design and deployment as well. There was never a shortage of resources and I was always treated very professionally l, I highly recommend them.
