Wave Band Internet service is incredible and exactly as promised. They installed our service in Miramar within 1 day of ordering and speeds were exactly as promised. I highly recommend them as a service provider, their price was 20% of what other major providers quoted for the same speeds!

We started using Wave.Band at all of our locations. Joe and his team are great. They helped us clean up our wiring mess and put Back up internet options in place for emergencies. Wave Band delivered as promised, high speed internet and complete office phone system including auto attendant and voice mails. Joe, Mike, and the whole team at Wave Band made the transition easy without any technical problems. Wave Brand was very easy to work with from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond in their communication, installation, setup process and then follow up. I am an extremely busy sole owner/operator at my company so its always tough to go through what could be a very difficult transition. The switch over from Spectrum to Wave Brand was seamless and painless. Thank you very much to their entire staff for that. Internet upload/download is much faster, especially on the upload speed. Consistency is amazing too, we always seemed to have big up/down times with Spectrum during peak business hours. Their VOIP system is amazing too... I am a first time user to VOIP and its a very simple, intuitive system to customize to suite your needs. I highly recommend Wave Brand for anyone looking for new phone/internet service, and most definitely for any of those people who struggle with the big box brands.

Waveband was great. We had been having issues for years with our ATT service. Our IT guy had heard of Waveband and suggested that we check it out at a neighboring business in Kearny Mesa. They said they loved it. We called Joe at Waveband and he had someone out at our location within a week and it was installed in 2 days. Our speed went from 1.5 with ATT and now we are coming in around 37. This will pay for itself with the amount of time my employees will spend actually working compared to waiting for the internet to load.

WAVEBAND has provided us with VoIP and internet service for over a month now. The internet service is consistently excellent and fast! and I mean fast!. The service technician was always friendly and helpful. These guys are patient and have provided us exceptional customer service. We recently switched to VoIP from our old lines and had a lot of questions all of which were handled with care and ease.... as a matter of fact every person at WAVEBAND that we have dealt with have been friendly, competent, and very professional... very refreshing... If you looking a provider that thinks and acts out of the box, give them a call.

I learned of Waveband through a flyer just after I signed a contract with another vendor. WBs pricing was more in line with traditional internet providers, and after talking with tem, I cancelled my contract with the other vendor and went with waveband (initially to just save money). It has been so long since I dealt with a small business and the associated service that I forgot what it was like to get good local service. I would highly recommend waveband for pricing, service, and actual performance of the internet and phone service. We have had great support and I would highly recommend them for any customer in their service area.
