We have used this company once before and they were ok. However, we called them 2 weeks ago to do some phone wiring and gave them a deadline as to when our fax line would be disconnected. We followed up a couple of times to see when they would come out and they told us the installers car broke down. Called them again the day before our deadline and got told that the installers car is still broken. I asked them if they were planning on calling us and that they had left us stranded without a fax line and they were very unsympathetic and told me they couldnt do anything about it. I had to find another company in a panic since we cant operate without a fax line and they fortunately showed up promptly within an hour and resolved our problem. Where is the customer service these days??
