DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THIS SALE REPRESENTATIVE WON’t INFORM YOU WELL!!!!I’m an international student and first when I came to get a service from Verizon the guy gave me a tablet saying it’s a promotion and I’ll just pay $7 a months then On my bill it came out $57, he didn’t inform me about any service any installation fee or anything like this when he gave it to me. Then I called to Verizon 611 number and they told me just to take back a device, and then this store tried to charge me $70 restocking fee when it’s actually $50 as a Verizon 611 customer service representative informed me. And now it’ve been fourth day they’re asking me to come back tomorrow for nonsense reasons. now I’m sitting here waiting to Verizon 611 number pick up the phone because I can’t come out here because of my school schedule. NEVER BACK TO THIS STORE!

Read this before you come in. They will SCAMMED you and Ripped you off.On Black Friday 2020 came in and traded both my iPhone XS for two iPhone 12 Pro and paid both 12 pro off. Instead they input the trade-in phone as an iPhone 8 and was forced to pay monthly for the two iPhone 12 Pro that was initially paid off on Black Friday.I have been coming in every month for the last 8 months to get this resolved got the same response that the manager will contact me. It has been over 8 months and not even a courtesy call for any updates on this case.Get this…when asked about on how to contact the manager, the store assistant manager replied and said there is no phone nor email to contact him.I am still paying over $150 extra per month and over $1000 in excess billing in the last 8 months.They said that there is nothing they can do although it’s 100% their fault.

I bought a iPhone charger a week ago from this location. I was told it came with a warranty. It stopped working today and this man named Omar was completely disrespectful and refused to allow me to return my purchase even tho the warranty was still effective. Told me there was no one else I could speak to because he was the manager. Never again

Unbelievable! Normally I am not quick to enter a negative comments because we are all human & subject for mistakes & misunderstanding. But when it is egregious like this, customers must know about it. 30 days returning policy is not honored in this location at all! I bought my phone on 4/10/20, and went back on 5/8/20 and they told me time has passed & I will not be able to return it!!! I called Verizon & they gave me an address to return it. Buyers be aware, I guess! Disappointing!

Everytime I visit this store I feel so welcomed. When I come here the staff always go above and beyond to help me with my purchases. I love it. Even if I have a simple question they always seem to find a answer to help me. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to come here, especially because there is never a wait. So convenient

I had the longest issue with Verizon and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier after coming in the store. For months my bills have been high and I couldn’t understand how or why. I tried calling customer service but they were of no help. Finally I decided to stop in to the store before switching over to at&t and luckily the sales rep Gabriela helped me by calling customer care fixing my account and she helped me get a new phone without dramatically increasing my bill! The staff in this location is the best.

Unbelievable. Thats the only word I can use to describe the customer service and assistance I received by Carlos today. He went way above and beyond to answer my questions and patiently helped me with all of my needs. Actually, all of the service people were helpful! The people were so nice and helpful******beware of the nice people ***********do not go to this store********Overall the experience was nice until you find out that they are actually double charging you. If you do not read the paperwork very carefully and find out what your cell company is charging you. We came in and wanted to pay cash but they said they couldnt do that it had to be on the wireless bill, They then lied profusely about what they were charging us for then . After my wife returned they said they done nothing wrong now we will have to stop charges on our credit card that they fraudulently charged . After two new phones and an iPad I wished I did gone directly to Apple or Verizon .Please contact me if you can if youre at all curious about these details that are well documented and save yourself from these people

Joey was a great worker and was very helpful. Carlos and Monica were helping as well and did a great job helping me with my first time ever with Verizon. Great environment to be around.

Clerk was not helpful. I explained that about a month ago as were showing up when I opened my phone. He said well you accepted something . I said I didnt. He said well theres a charge for that. I said a charge for what, he said to clear out your phone and you would lose everything on it or I have to go through the phone and see what you accepted. I asked him if he could do it now and he said I can try. I asked how long it would take and he said he had no idea because he didnt know what I had accepted.I was speaking English and Ill say it again I didnt accept anything. He appeared to be lazy and not interested in helping me.

I was told they would waive the fees for the cancellation of the contract on the second device and they literally did nothing but put me in a loop of going back to the store and contacting verizon on my own. This company is truly horrible and I will soon change my phone plan because it shows no support to its customers. Furthermore, the branch store who sold me the device lied by saying that the fees could be waived if I explained my situation, which has been proven not true countless times now.

Best experience Ive had at a Verizon store. Absolutely great service and knowledgeable tech experts there to help out. Recommend upgrading here if you have difficultly understanding these devices.

Went to a couple Verizon store in the area to try to get my phone fixed. Every store I went to tried to sell me a new phone except this one. They understood I simply could not afford it right now. Thank you Carlos for resetting my phone and getting all my info back. Ill be back when its Time to upgrade.

This is my favorite Verizon store. Its a small one but way more helpful than the corporate stores Ive been to. When I was deciding whether to upgrade from a flip phone to a smart phone, these folks (especially Charles) were amazingly patient and helpful with me. When I came back months later with an iphone, they helped me transfer contacts when other stores said it couldnt be done. Months later, when I needed help with another transfer, three other stores told me it couldnt be done. I finally came back to this location and they (that would be Benito--who was sooooo kind and patient) did what couldnt be done. Highly, highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this store, I walked into pay my bill, like usual every month, which is one of the things I absolutely hate. But I walked out with a big smile on my face thanks to desirae the store manager. She was very helpful and I enjoyed the little time I had inside the store. Ill be back to upgrade!

DO NOT GO HERE! If you do I would avoid the sales rep (he should probably find another job) named Raymond Gonzalez, if that was indeed his name, I wouldnt know because he wasnt wearing a name badge. This was the name he provided. He was extremely unprofessional and got an attitude when I asked a simple question, slammed the corporate stores and their products. I didnt even get to looking at the product, I was in a hurry to get out of the store. I guess this is what I get for going to a noncorporate company on my lunch break to just buy a replacement for a temper glass I purchased last night!

I drove the extra distance because life is too short to deal with bad service. Mo and Abus service supported the previous reviews. Ok so first off do NOT even go here they will try to rip you off and withhold information from you about your contract my friend bought the IPhone 4S, he was also talked into buying some accessories for the IPhone that he could have gotten for way less somewhere else, The employee there, Obed, told him that he would give him a 20 dollar discount and he didnt even do that charged for full price, when the IPhone dropped a week later (this was within the 14 days of the return contract) we were told that we CAN NOT return the IPhone for any reason because it does not apply to the return policy, now keep in mind I was there and he NEVER even mentioned this to us if anything it was a hassle to try and get the price that he would be charged for the activation fee. Please if your going to buy a phone do not go here drive the extra miles and go to the one in Hillcrest the manager there solved the problem for my friend and did so in a manner that left us WANTING to come back and do business with them, but if you buy here chances are they screwed you too if not well you are lucky :)

Buyer Beware at this store. It is worth your effort to make the trip to a REAL verizon store if you want to be assured of the service, quality, and warranties that Verizon gives. I felt cheated, mislead and avoided. I called to discuss my issue directly with the manager but was not allowed to speak with them. It seems they had no interest in having happy customers.

I usually try to find an authentic Verizon store and avoid authorized Verizon dealers. In this case I went to the store in Grossmont Center to get my watch activated. The Grossmont Center store could not or was incapable of activating the watch and told me that I need to contact Samsung to exercise my warranty because the watch is defective since they are unable to activate it. I went to the Grossmont store and ask them to help me activate my nephews watch because it was brand new and it seemed to be too much to exercise the warranty through Samsung on an item that is brand new. Within 10 minutes the great sales people at this location activated my nephews watch. Although I was a bit concerned about going to stores that were not actually Verizon but Verizon authorized dealers the next time I will be going and spending my money at this location. The sales people were kind and understanding of my frustration and also resolved my issue. Please support this store because it seems as though in San Diego all the Verizon stores are actually closing down. Probably because theyre incapable of good service. Lets keep this authorized Verizon dealer in business.
