I’m a loss prevention investigator at Burlington Coat Factory. Recently I called a cab for a young couple with a baby. The dispatcher told me it would take about 20 minutes for the cab to arrive. After about 30 minutes I called back and asked how long it would be before they got here. The dispatcher said 15 more minutes. I simply stated that he quoted me 20 minutes. The dispatcher (Victor) then said why was I yelling which I was not. The cab wasn’t for me but Victor canceled the cab after this couple had been waiting for a long time. He was very unprofessional and rude.

Very reasonably priced professional the drivers were very nice and had Pleasant conversations with them and theyre always on time during business hours

I scheduled a wheelchair accessible taxi from my hotel to the airport. Driver arrived on time but was rude & upset about the amount of bags/my shower chair. He drove an MV-1 that sounded like it was falling apart & when I asked for a chest seatbelt strap he acted like it was an inconvenience.

I call cabs for the elderly at my job. They are always late to pick them up

Grumpy Russian guy named Igor picked us up from the airport. Didnt assist or help bags, very gruff. Took Uber next day, driver was genuinely kind. And the taxi companies wonder why they lose business.

This company needs to have a talk with their drivers in the speed limit of California. Call this company to file a complaint on USA cab driver 732 who was going over a hundred miles per hour on the freeway no signal turn to go into another Lane and damn near suicide swiped me and my child and the company says that they dont appreciate my tone of voice are you serious your cab driver try to kill me and you dont care? Some people dont deserve to be drivers and number 732 in San Diego California is definitely one of them. In the male dispatcher who took my call on May 28th 2018 at 11 a.m. needs to be fired

I only give this company one star because zero stars is not an available option. I booked a wheelchair accessible taxi to take my wife out for breakfast, her first outing in over a year due to ill health. So there we were at the entrance to the nursing home when a USA cab drives by at speed. I wave my arms frantically to flag him down but he does not stop. Thinking he is turning around we wait a few minutes. Nothing. So I call the cab company and despatch tell me he had been waiting since 9am. LIAR!!!! (And btw requested pickup time was 9.30am) Drivers own text to me is timed 9.29am and another witness saw him arrive about that time. Despatch say they called me at 9.32am which reinforces the time. Great! However, I have not used a cab company in my entire life that doesnt allow 10 to 15 minute wait time. AND call customer more than one time!! But despatch didnt want to know when I asked them to send the driver back they said no he is gone and hung up!! I called back 15 times in the next hour but no one answered. Needless to say my wife was very upset. THIS CAB COMPANY STINKS! DO NOT USE THEM. EVER.

Hello,I just wanted to report a driver to you. This morning around 930am i had one of your drivers cut me off and almost side swipe me. This happened at the entrance to terminal 2 at the airport. He sid not use a turn signal when he merged lanes and caused me to to have to brake extremely hard. I did notice that at the time he also had a passenger in his car with him.toyota Priuslicense plate number 64095k2.Usa cab 881I could not send this on your website becasue you have to upgrade your reCAPTCHA.

Called at 4:00pm for a pickup to the airport. Waiting 15-min, no show. Called again told me they were only a few blocks away. No show. Called at 30-min and said the same thing but no show. Called at 45-minutes, again told me soon. But no show. I grabbed my luggage went to the curb and called Uber at the hour mark. Uber picked me in 5-min. Barley made my flight and the cab company called and “ask” if I still the need a ride at the 90-min mark. I said some nice colorful words to them and to get their stuff (another colorful word) together. Never once gave me a ETA, just telling me soon. Almost missed my flight! Recommend taking Uber!

My mom 90 years old after dr appot we ready I told driver it takes 1 hour then I called we are ready came 1 hour late their service are too bad and not on the time thats last time use USA Cab Campany.

The driver picked me up to go 5 blocks and tried to charge me 15$ I had laundry so I gave him 10$ but I could not even get a return trip with the same company Victor the man on the phones said 15 mins after 40 mins I called back and canceled its really just the principal of it all 10$ is for you guys to shut down and get out of town jerks

Great!! Ordered the day before, the taxi arrived right on time (knowing that it was 3:45 in the morning!)! The driver very nice and polite. A very good experience.
