Never showed!

First off the only reason I put Very Good instead of Excellent is because the guy on the phone was rushed. He talked fast and was rather hard to understand. Otherwise I had a wonderful experience with this company. The cab driver got to me in about 5 minutes and was very polite and business like. He drove very well and thanked me profusely for his tip (even though Im ashamed to admit that it was pitiful). I would recommend this company.

The dispatcher, Jeff, was exceptionally helpful and patient. Joe, the cab driver, was prompt and very nice. The cab was clean and comfortable and the ride was less expensive then I assumed it would be. Thank you Red Cab for the safe and good experience.

Some old fat greasy cabbie in 1244 threw his litter on the ground. I told him to pick it up, he almost ran me over. I hit his side window to get him to stop, he got out and threatened me. All on camera at the Arco on Old Town ave. You guys should hire more respectful people, like Joe. Joe is how a cab driver should act. He works mornings. This other guy should be fired. Totally unprofessional.

Bad taxi service... The first time I called they took like 25 minutes to pick me up the second time it took almost 20 and the taxi driver was a total b**** he got pissed off he picked me up at Siempre viva and I told him that I needed to go to the otay border I mean I am pregnant I can walk that much with like 3 boxes I had received that day. And also because I paid with my credit card. Seriously if I could give it a lower star rate it would be -5 or more

Ive called this cab service about 4 times now,everytime was fairly decent anywhere from half hour to 5 mins once,but this last time i called at 2am and didnt even get a call back and at all,like i never even made the call.the guy on the phone didnt sound like he wanted to be there and answered like he was too busy to talk to me and was completely rude.long story short the cab never showed up because the guy probably never sent the word out.thats the last time i call this cab service

Unbelievable! I wish I can give no stars. I want to use every curse word in the book to describe my experience with this terrible company! I’ve used this cab service 3 times and each time it has been a terrible experience. But this last time was the worst! The guy shows up to pick me up from Chula Vista. I get in the cab. The guy is falling asleep as he’s asking me where I’m headed! I tell him Pacific Beach. Then he has the nerve to sigh! And then he starts acting annoyed and unsure he wants to drive up there so he asks how I’m gonna pay. I said cash. He says let me see the cash you have. I said excuse me? You don’t ask people to flash cash, especially a woman traveling alone at 4am! I said I have cash and that’s how I’m gonna pay. He said he won’t take me unless he sees the money. I tell him my husband is paying when we get there and I’ll stay in the cab til he’s paid. I don’t use credit cards to pay for taxi service. So he makes me call my husband and disturb my sleeping child! My husband tells him the same thing! I am an educated woman who works for the State of Ca with multiple degrees and I am offended to be prejudged as if I was some thief or liar! How can someone over the phone tell you they are paying cash and can’t flash the money in your face like you want but you can’t accept my answer of saying I’m paying cash and force me to show cash? I’m not a drunk patron he’s picking up from some bar. I’m a mother and wife trying to get home to her family after 3 days of being away from home! I tell him how incredibly rude and sexist that was and he kicks me out of his cab! I had to call another cab service! Then I called to report the man and the man picking up the calls tells me basically “oh well”?!!!! Seriously?!!! I see why this cab company has 2.8 stars! It should really be negative! I am NEVER using this cab service again and I would not recommend anybody else to. It’s not about what the issue was, it was how the entire company handled the situation. Very unprofessional.

One of the drivers was aggressively honking and waiving for bicyclists to ride on the sidewalk and not the road, even though theyre are not allowed to ride on the sidewalk. The cab drive clearly doesnt know street rules.He looked like a trashy mullet man to boot.

The driver treated me right and was very fair. No joke . I will use them again, when Im in town

You cant get a cab at otay board crossing after 2 am on a Friday and Saturday this sucks cause you get stranded

Awful service. The driver was rude and run two red lights. I will never use this company again.

The worst, the guy in the phone, he did not care to speak with me, he could not give a price, he told me number here and there, and ask me to multiply by the total miles..wtf...whos knows how many miles?...bad service in all aspects
