I filed my federal taxes with this company. Paid them, witch is a scam in it self. Starts out by saying file your taxes for free. Witch is very dishonest. I did agree to pay for a couple things that should of came to around 160. But when it came time to pay the bill was 260. Witch by that time you have so much time invested you end up paying it. I think Id rather get robbed by gun point. Then to top it all off. The taxes never got filed. So I tried to go back into my account and figure out what went wrong. I couldnt get back in. At this point the only option is to get on there chat/email member thing. The person that responded to my concern said I didnt push the submit button. Didnt even address my other concern of getting back in to my account after emailing this person 5 times. I had to put in subject line PLEASE READ THE WHOLE EMAIL BEFORE RESPONDING The response was youll have to contact technical support. Im thinking I barely got through to you. Im currently still fighting to get my taxes filed.Also, take a look at there higher ratings from people. Youll notice approximately 85 percent of there positive ratings are from employees.
For 3 weeks, ever since I upgraded my service on 6/9/2021, I have not had a working Intuit Quickbooks system. I cannot do my payroll. I cannot get someone at Quickbooks to pick up a phone call or to call me back when I choose that option. I paid $593.42 for a product upgrade that does not work
The most aggravating program. Will not Answer questions. Full of click bait, be careful. You got your payment, but I got NO HELP! Will not navigate to desired section!Next to impossible to go back and make changes. When problems arise, you end up going in circles. This was my first shot at turbo tax, and definitely the LAST!Award negative start review if possible please.Will not recommend but will advise friends and associates to stay away.

Ive used Tax Slayer for about 5 yrs with no issues at all. This one time (and last time) I used Turbo Tax. I used it because they can actually take the amount you owe for doing your taxes from your refund. At the time it worked best for me since I was closing on my house and had a lot of expenses. The only issue is irs.gov says they have already completed my return and the refund amount has been deposited. Only issue is turbo tax hasnt return it to me because they are taking a long time to take their portion out. Its been four and a half weeks since I filed. Ive never had this happen. I would not recommend them and will be going back to tax slayer from now on.
These people have become CROOKS!!I had a SMALL retirement credit on my taxes this year and they FORCED me to upgrade to their paying software from the free version. EVEN AFTER I WENT BACK AND DELETED IT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO BENEFIT TO ME. IT WOULD NOT DELETE!!Then, I elected to have the fees(deluxe edition and $40 charge for state because I HAD to use the deluxe edition) taken from my return and right at the very end I noticed they charged me ANOTHER $40 JUST FOR ELECTING TO HAVE THE FEES TAKEN FOR MY RETURN!!These people are fing scam artists!! Dont even get me started on the amount of ads they pump into the software now!!🤬Ill go elsewhere next year!!
Ive never worked for a more wonderful company, boasting incredible benefits and major upward opportunity. Im also a user of their products, the product development speaks volumes as to Inuits dedication to making the user experience as easy and effective as possibly. Dont bother with these bums. Ive tried to use their website to file my taxes this year. Right as I got near the end to file with the feds, TurboTax tried to charge me $60 to finish. Switched to H&R Block and they let me finish for free.
Excellent company. I have used Turbo Tax since 2014. Excellent software, excellent support, excellent quality.

Forced to Upgrade to Quickbooks Online from Desktop by my bookkeeper. COMPLETE DISASTER. It cannot sync with my bank, and they cannot solve it. Now I hear I have to pay to print new checks because they have not included a template for the checks I have been using for the past 20 YEARS in the online product. Nothing but excuses, no offer of any actual compensation. I have spent 20 hours on phone calls and thre months without any hint of resolving the basic problem. 1)The 3x as expensive upgrade doesnt work like the original product we replaced with it. 2)I know we said it would but it doesnt 3) Buy more stuff from us to solve it.

This place is not open to the public. You must have an appointment to come on property. Security is quick and will escort you out.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We agreed to start using Untuit Payroll since they sold us their service would be fit our needings. It was in January 2018. When we first tried to do our first payroll for a public work (certified payroll) we couldnt. We called them and after talking to several of their payroll experts they finally told us that their service was not going to do what we needed to do. Then we called back to unsubscribe the service. They supposedly did but in reality they didnt. They kept charging us for 3 months. Then we called again to unsubscribe the service and they told us that the first time we tried to unsubscribe it was not valid. In April we were supposedly unsubscribed again but SURPRISE!!! They didnt unsubscribe AGAIN!!! They kept charging us from April until August. So there have been 8 MONTHS charging us for a service we NEVER used. We have been calling again and again and they told us they would only cancel our account but without returning us all the charges they did. They already have charged us $680.00 without ever using their services.
We have been trying to cancel three times a service that we have never used because they have never used because their service was not what they sold us the first time the offered their services. We have been calling again and again to cancel our account and they have never did it. They kept charging us month after month during 6 months in a row.

Bait and switch: Signed on for Quickbooks online Essentials with Expense tracking. Used it a few days assigning customer fields for billable expenses. Today Customer feature gone. Not included in Essentials!
A really nice office, with a great dining hall, meeting spaces, a decent gym, basketball courts, fancy landscaping, etc.
I used their Full Service Payroll service. As a small business owner this has been one long nightmare. Screw ups every step of the way! To add insult to injury, when I told them I was terminating my business with them, they took my payroll out of my account and didnt deposit it and then deducted an extra month of fees to boot. Small business owners beware!!!!!
