Our taxes were not filed on time and we were never notified. After sending many emails and calling, we learned on 4/15 that they needed extra time to complete our taxes. We agreed to an extension because they said they would be completed within the week. Our taxes werent filed until May 13th, and this was after I called and emailed repeatedly. In addition, Debbie never responded or called back despite my multiple requests to speak with her I was only able to speak to someone else but never her. They last straw was that she increased the fees, no justification, just a random $50 increase. We provided all of our information on time and provided extremely organized documentation and I just cant believe the level of disregard for a customer.Debbie must be doing great with other clients, because she clearly didnt care for our business. You are relying on an expert to help you with something serious, so the lack of attention, communication, and care was beyond disappointing. She was great the first year we worked with her but not sure what changed. Based on this experience I would not recommend to anyone.

I am sure she is great, but her contact center or front office staff was not. I called to setup an appointment, but chose not to because of the person sounding annoyed about be asking questions. I chose to go elsewhere due to the underlying tone I received.
