Regina was wonderful! She explained how the return was created and explained everything to me clearly. She is extremely friendly and personable. She also mentioned to me that I could come in and meet with her after tax time to talk to her about changing my tax deductions to best positively effect next years return. She is definitely a wonderful asset to your office with regard to knowledge and personality.

The service was fast. The only problem that I encountered is that when I asked for a quote they just provided the basic package without indicating that this was going to increase by being international, which I mentioned when I asked for the quote. I ended up paying more for taxes than what I got in return. If I were to knew this in advanced I wouldnt have filled with them. But the price was only given at the end of the transaction. When I had already filled.
