They dont awenser your clall, ycant talk to a real rep.. I was in hold for 2 hours before I gave up.
Theyre good at what they do, but their customer service is not that great. We signed up to get service from them every 8 weeks, on the first run, they skipped us and still billed us for it. When I called to notify, they simply told me to wait for the next run. We obviously had more paper to store as we had to hold it for 16 weeks. When I told the driver, he called the main office and said they would take it but for an additional charge. We shouldnt be charged since its paper from the past cycle that they failed to pick up. I think I will call again to cancel my service. We got billed 3 times for 1 service. I am not giving one star only because they picked everything up.UPDATE: I called and they fixed my issue until they continued to not come on the scheduled pick up and charge me once again. I will be cancelling my subscription and be switching to iron mountain. I have used them before and have not had this problem.
This company has very good communication skills & kept in touch with me regarding arrival time.....they even arrived earlier than planned. Professional, friendly, great attitude. Would definitely use them again.
