We had an emergency! The company that we had contracted to get rid of our charts was extremely inefficient and we were down the wire of removal needing to be done. I called and they were able to fit me in for next day service! This company is a joke. Called and got a quote, cancelled the company that was coming from LA so that we support local business. Then was told the price was misquoted by $400!! so very unprofessional. When asked how she changed the price in 20 minutes, there was no apology, just rude and non caring respond.

Pro Shred was awesome. I recently had to empty a storage unit of old files. Found them online, called them and had them out a few days later, meeting them at the storage unit itself. Even though I had more boxes to shred than I thought the case was extremely reasonable and the Pro Shred employee they sent was super efficient and very friendly. Great place for shredding. They have a bag you can buy and stuff full for only $9. It holds about 5000 sheets of paper or more. I was using 1 bag a month for all of my junk mail and other home documents.

Service was super fast and convenient. Only five bucks for a bankers box if you leave it, and a reasonable eight dollars a box if you want to watch them shred it while you wait. They will recycle your boxes if you don’t want to keep them. If you’re using your GPS, pull in behind the building not the front.

I called in this morning to inquire about walk-in, witnessed shredding and about scheduling a truck to come to our church. Wow! They were so helpful! I drove over there with 2 boxes of documents which they shredded right there in front of me.
