Bay Shred provided excellent service! I had about 30 bins of old documents gathered over the decades, much of which was confidential in nature. The first company I called did not show up as promised, so I called Bay Shred, and I am glad I did! My job was scheduled within 2 days and Bay Shred showed up on time in a very clean vehicle. Their employee was polite and efficient and let us watch the shredding. The job was performed quite rapidly as well. Bay Shred informed me they are capable of grinding 3 ring binders and heavy binder clips with the documents. I had already separated everything because the first company I called could not handle those items. Bay Shred charged substantially less than the other company as well. Finally, Bay Shred provided a Certificate of Destruction guaranteeing the shredding of my documents. I will definitely use Bay Shred in the future!

We needed shredding done quickly, and Bay Shred was very responsive and efficient. Carrie sent emails and followed up with phone calls to get us scheduled. The driver called me when he was 20 min.away --- I had time to get 10 of 15 boxes of records to the curb, from 2nd floor. The truck has a shredder --- he had shredded the the contents of those boxes by time I got the last of them to the street. The process was fast, secure, and entirely convenient !

I had almost 2 decades of private papers that I needed destroyed. I Googled document shredding services and found these guys. I called them up and was quoted a price that was a lot lower than what I was expecting. A couple of days later they showed up (on time!), hauled the papers out to their truck and destroyed them. This was our first time with a shredding service and it was great! They came in very professional, took care of business and even let us fix a few items in order to be shredded.
