My coworker was promised his motorcycle over a month ago. He is still waiting. When he contacted to company not only were they unapologetic, but extremely rude and treated him like he was the bad one. All he wants is his bike as promised. They wouldn’t a reason why his bike wasn’t shipped as promised and just basically told him it would be here sometime next week. For the dealings my coworker has had with this business, I don t know how anyone could recommend them. Horrible customer service.. if I could give zero stars I would.

From quote request to delivery of my motorcycle, AA Motorcycle Transport proved to be a great shipper service. I was quoted about $175 less than other top rated motorcycle shipping companies which offered the same service. They estimated a pick up date 3 days after I placed my order and picked up exactly on the 3rd day. I really like that they offer tracking and you can check in to see where your bike is at as it moves towards its destination. Transport from North Carolina to California (9 days) arrived 1 day earlier than quoted but since I opted for Door to Terminal service, my motorcycle was not unloaded off of the trailer until 1 day after their delivery date estimation which was not a problem for me. The staff at the terminal were very helpful and friendly when I called them to check status for pick up. Once I arrived at the terminal, they informed me which dock to check in at and wait for them to bring out my motorcycle. I was very pleased to see how it was tied down to a specialized pallet for motorcycle transport. Absolutely no damage or scratches on the bike. Overall this company is great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I used AA Motorcycle shipping to ship my precious vintage Triumph Hurricane X75 from Texas to New York in October. The bike was picked up from a neighbors house as I had left Texas a couple of months earlier due to house sale/purchase. The pick went smooth and the team agreed to pick up my machine a day earlier to suit my neighbor. Great service approach! Bike missed the first delivery date due to an already full truck, but I was in no hurry so that was just fine. Bike finally arrived in as left condition, not a scratch on it. Very happy with the service and the price. Thanks AA Motorcycle. I will use again if I need to move the machine again.

I used this transport company in October to ship my motorcycle from New Jersey to California. I dropped it off at the terminal in Monroe New Jersey where they inspected the bike for damages and scratches. The motorcycle arrived a week later in perfect condition, even earlier than promised. Every person involved in the process was super nice and extremely helpful. The price was the best....Great company, great service..

This is a situation where unfortunately, the company did their best, however it was their subs that made the experience not good. I do want to stress that AA was responsive and answered my called quickly and promptly, however, in a business where you rely on your subs, the subs are a reflection upon the company.I purchased my motorcycle 3rd week of July 2020. I was told it would be picked up in about 4 days and delivered in 10 days. There were several delays where it wasnt picked up for 10 days and took over 4 weeks in shipping. In total 5 delays from the subs for the shipping. I just received my bike last week and I just made my 2nd payment on the bike.The bike did arrive in great condition and has been running smoothly. I am very happy with my bike. Sadly, though the reflection of the subs for AA Motorcycle is less than desirable.

I have used AA Motorcycle Transport several times and will call on them for future services. Totally professional from pickup to delivery and tracking is a great feature. Most importantly the bike is secured to a pallet and in my case they bubble wrapped the fairing and windscreen.Do to my work schedule I was able to pick up the motorcycle at the local terminal which was more convenient for me. Cost is reasonable, Oregon to Indiana $665 and delivery was less then two weeks after booking.

They have horrible customer service. I never leave reviews but Ive never had someone be so unhelpful and give me grief for calling in and simply asking about my shipment. Julie who works as a customer service agent for this company will most likely be your point of contact and hates her job so youll be clawing out your eyes every time you have to speak to her.

On August 14th, 2020 I ordered and paid for a motorcycle shipment with A-A Motorcycle Transport, San Diego. As of today September 10th, 2020 the motorcycle has not been delivered. When I call they rudely tell me to contact the shipping company. EXCUSE ME BUT WHO IS A-A MOTORCYLCE TRANSPORT? It appears I’m not just out the shipping money, but also the money I paid for the purchase of the motorcycle! I give this place a big thumbs down.

Shipped my motorcycle cross country from CA to FL. Couldnt have been more satisfied! Bike was delivered in the exact same condition it was dropped off in. Got my bike across the country in under 2 weeks at a super affordable price! Delivered before the the due date given, even though the drop off location is considered remote due to the fact that they dont have any terminals close to there. Totally professional from pickup to delivery. Tracking is a great feature.Your motorcycle does not necessarily stay on the same truck that picks it up, apparently. More opportunity for damage but in my instance it was securely strapped to a pallet. It worked... reasonably priced, from Phoenix to Michigan...$645.00

A great overall experience with this company. I found the prices to be some of the best available. The delivery time was also more than reasonable and the bike arrived looking great. The crew was also friendly and helpful. If I ever need to ship it again I would definitely use their services.

Great experience with AA Motorcycle transport. Their customer service explained the difference in logistics between shipping door-to-door and shipping terminal-to-terminal, which is the better option when short on time. I dropped the bike off in Los Angeles on Friday and it arrived in St. Louis next Tuesday in the morning. The price was far below their competitors. I will use them again anytime I plan to ship my bike.

Awesome experience. My spouse (and another couple) and I went on a road trip across the country. We decided that we didn’t want to ride back, but rather catch a flight. So what happened was that we went from California to Florida. When we got our bikes back, the truck driver called us ahead of time to let us know where he was.

1 day late! That’s why they are getting 4/5 stars. Luckily they were picking up at my house and this didn’t happen at the end of a trip where I would have needed to get another night hotel and reschedule my flight. You’re drivers need to be on time!

My experiences with them were super positive. First of all the price was very affordable. I went on to their site, put in my bike specifics (make, model, year and dimensions) and out pops a very affordable quote of 685 to ship coast to coast. Through the process the site was very informative with current updates of where the bike was and emails told me when the bike would be delivered. If there were any questions I picked up the phone and called and within a ring or two spoke with a real live person. Debbie was especially helpful. Also everyone along the logistic chain were very polite and helpful. Lastly they advertise door to door service and that is exactly what I got. Cant say enough good about AA!

Drop off and pick up were great. The driver was great and professional, the way they secured the bike inspired confidence. However anytime calling the office was not so fun. They never seemed to know what was going on and were overly curt. That being said another company completely flaked the morning of pick up, so getting the job done at all was a plus.

I had nothing but a positive experience. Great communication. Total transport time was exactly 7 days from pick up to drop off door to door (Midwest to Southwest). Easy to schedule pick up and drop off times. Crew was on time.

From time to time I have motorcycles shipped and the results have ranged from good to less than good. This last time I had a bike shipped from MI to FL and I used AA Motorcycle Transport for the service. Best decision I have ever made for shipping and I will never use anyone else. Best service, best price, and best results. The entire process from obtaining a quote to receipt of the bike ran like clockwork. The staff at AA (that would be primarily Julia) were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The bike was secured on a palette loaded in an enclosed trailer and arrived in FL looking exactly as it did when it left WI. Our honda shadow was picked up during the time the driver had coordinated. His truck had a lift on the back and the motorcycle was placed on a pallet and strapped down. It was delivered during the time we had requested and in great condition.

I bought online and needed my ride picked up at the dealership. The dealership took pictures and the when the shipment arrived, there were no damages. I recommend that the person or dealership you’re buying from sends a video along with photos.

If you are thinking about shipping your motorcycle or anything with AA, save yourself loads of time, money and trouble by picking a different company. A friend and I waited two entire work days from 8-5 for the bike to be picked up. The first day there was no call or contact made to let us know they weren’t coming and they never showed up. The second day they did show up, however it was an hour after 5. The motorcycle was dropped off with no paperwork so I was not able to send in my delay and inconvenience form to ask for some of my money back. It took them 3 weeks to get me the required documentation. Then when I mailed and emailed in the forms they refused my claim because without spending extra money on the delivery guarantee, there is no promise of when they will pick up or drop off your motorcycle. Never mind that my friend and I missed two days of work waiting on them with no compensation. Also AA is separate from the companies that handle the shipping of your bike, as well as another company that handles the claims making things even more difficult. If you need your motorcycle shipped give your business to a better company who cares that you are a human being and that the way they run their business effects your life.

Customer service was only worse than the complete lack of communication. Very amateur operation. Cant imagine another company could be worse but the next time I need my motorcycle shipped, I will try anyone else because there is way I would ever use this company again.

It started off great, but ended poorly. They did a great job of shipping my bike from North Carolina to Kentucky. However, the fact that they damaged my bike then hid it from me is disappointing. I have before and after pics to back up this by the way. My tail light and licence plate bracket was broken off my bike during transportation and they placed it inside a box. So instead of refunding me I was told to go through the process of filing a claim and hoping I would win my dispute. I ultimately decided to fix it myself and never use the service again. I would rather the shippers own up to damaging my motorcycle rather than hiding it. Not cool. 😡

Shipped a motorcycle from Montreal to San Diego. Was originally quoted 2+ weeks for delivery, but it arrived in 9 days. Bike arrived in perfect shape, not a scratch.

It was quite painless shipping my motorcycle with AA and Debbie was quite patient with me. After payment they hooked me up with Corovan as the carrier. They came to the house with a custom motorcycle rack. The bike gets strapped right into it. The men who picked up the bike said they are the best motorcycle shippers out there and I believe it. One huge plus is you dont have to turn over the keys. The first shipping company I looked at wanted the keys to my 800cc Ducati. I dont think so. I guess my only question now is could I have went directly to Corovan and saved money without AA as the middle-man?

Do not use this company ! They will extend the pick up and delivery dates at their discretion . Unless you have absolutely no time frame find another company. Customer service has a general up yours attitude towards their customers. As a buisness manager in the customer service industry for over twenty years this is un acceptable.

AA Motorcycle Transport did an excellent job in transporting my motorcycle from Texas to Minnesota. Not only did it get here in a timely fashion, but there followup was superb. I had a small issue with a scrape on a chrome piece on the muffler of the bike. A $150 part. The problem is I didnt notice it until one day later after I signed off on the delivery. I followed the proper direction, and turned in the damage claim. A week later I received a letter from CRST Specialized Transportation stating that I had signed off on the delivery and Because of this, STI must respectfully decline settlement on this claim. AA Motorcycle did not agree with the outcome of my claim, and sent me a check for the amount of the claim to replace the part. Being in business for myself for 41 years I understand that not everything goes perfect, and its how you handle customer situations like this that keeps your business going for years to come. My hats off to AA Motorcycle Transport for putting the customer first, and resolving this issue. A rare find in todays business world.Thank You,Bob

The bike arrived a week late. The license plate had been hit, which destroyed the plastic pins holding the undertail to the rear frame cover (2002 Hayabusa).Their tracking is a joke. The person in their office would tell me one thing about the bikes location, and their online tracking showed it actually going backwards on the route, back past the point of pick up.Find another shipper if you can. Its worth it to pay $50 to $100 more for a better shipper. I wish Id done more research before I chose them. They have many bad reviews online if you look.

My Harley was just another piece of freight. Had I known how long it would take to ship from San Diego to the Kansas City area, and that it would be damaged, I would have trailered it myself.The way it was strapped on the skid on arrival, paint was damaged on each side of the front fender as was the metal on the forks. The paint issues were not immediately noticeable due to the layer of dirt over the entire bike.The bike arrived on the back of a box truck with other freight. The two guys unloading it, struggled to get it off the the skid and onto the liftgate. One of the guys got on to hold it while the other secured the liftgate. In the process he dragged his foot across the top of the right saddlebag scuffing the paint. He could barely hold it up. I tried to get the scuffs on the fender and the saddlebag out myself but it looks like it will have to go to Harley to be repaired.I will never ship my bike with anyone again. Next time I will trailer it myself and save the the wear on my Harley the wait time. The cost would have been about the same.

I wanted to share my experience to help out others contemplating shipping their bikes. To start, the pick up was late even after asking to show up an additional 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup window. I was happy when it finally was, and the people that helped load were very professional, but rather overworked. Upon completing my move cross country, I have been at my new home for over two weeks and still no bike. I was contacted by them late on the 28th, which was the final day of the transport window, and was told that it would have to be delivered the following week. Generally, I can be pretty flexible, but with my new job made things extremely difficult to outline extra time for a delivery as it should have arrived a week prior to when its on track for currently. I understand things happen, but an extra week on top of my original expectation is ridiculous and unprofessional especially given the amount of money spent. Overall below par, and Id spend the extra money for better service at this point.

Bike got here. had no damage, was told windshield would be bubbled wrapped it wasnt i personal would have liked to seen more protection just setting on a skid .looked like at anytime bike could get hurt .just happy it made it here .I was also told that bike would be covered wasnt .the office was very friendly answered all my question and made arrangements to have it delivered to my warehouse when I was going to be there

I have been inconvenienced to no end, made arrangements only to have the rug pulled out from underneath me, and filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint against Y-Drive earlier this week - they have yet to respond to it. Item arrived. Did take two weeks longer than originally quoted. Scheduled pick up on 11/10 with an arrival date of 11/23. Item did not arrive until 12/7.

Would like a bigger multi bike discount but they took some $$ off the table so that helped. Delivery was on-time. All motorcycles arrived in the condition the when I bought them.

Other than they forgot to pick it up and delayed it another week after 5 calls of not so friendly staff, Other than the last gentleman i called, he followed up w/ an email making sure all was good, My MC arrived, And this was the second time using them, And the last.

Payed the premium rate to get it delivered fast which never happened. Ended up in a wharehouse for 4 days only 20 miles from my house. Ended up being delivered in a beat up old box van full of furniture. Gear shifter was bent and scratched along engine casing. The tracking feature they give you is worthless. Will use UShip again next time.

Took them 14 days to ship my bike when they said it would take a week. They didnt update the shipping status. By having my bike scrap down for those many days it ruined my shocks and I called and told them and its been 7 weeks later and no word from them yet. And they also knocked off my signal light.

I had some trouble scheduling a delivery date with them, but the delivery turned fine.

Truly awful. Poor customer service, late pickup = late fees, poor communications, will avoid at all costs!
