A horrible experience. I took 5 Hitachi NR83 nail guns in for repairs and only one was repaired properly. 1 put of 5 is not very good. I wont be going there for anything any more.

This store should not advertise sharpening. They told me that they do not sharpen knives or many common garden tools (lopers, shears, etc.)

Bob is awesome. And this place is always top notch. They have a variety of specialty tools and mainstream tools. They have repaired 20 or so tools of ours. I highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with Tool Depot to fix and maintain my tools for the past 3 years and couldnt be happier with their service. Two of the times they were able to fix them (hammer drill and a jigsaw) and one of the times Bob told me it wouldnt be worth fixing (impact wrench) but I should wait to see if he could get me another one....two weeks later he called and sold me a great used one at a good price that I am very happy with. Thats honesty! This place is always my first stop for any thing I need related to tools.

Tool depot staff r always courteous and knowledgeable about anything u ask. Great discount prices too. Also they have a great tools repair dept. Would recommend to everyone whoso looking for and honest facility. ThanxJimmy

Was looking for two small items and had no idea were to go. A good buddy of mine gave me driving dirrectios, hoping that i would find the place. Well i got to say this this place is the best in San Diego. They now their stuff and they dont guess and see if it fits. Friendly environment 🎀😀 they have everything 🎀

I have been to Tool Depot since they moved from their old location. I hope they have new owner and new employees. The old employees were rude and arrogant. They did not have the prices marked so you had to ask them to look it up. Their prices were high and they would get irritated if they did not have a tool that you asked about. I used go across town to avoid doing business with them. I have not missed them since their old location went out of business. I might go back their, but they will have to earn my business.
